Inanna Gifts of Me - Genun Jubal Parallel
The Me were gifts of an unholy spirit. Inanna, Genun, and Jubal were given the gift of music by satan. Enlil was the god of the air and the head of the pantheon from about 2500 B.C. Enlil raped his future bride, Ninlil, and was exiled to the nether world. Ninlil followed him and gave birth to the moon god Sin or Nanna. They have three other children who remain in the nether world so that Enlil could return to earth. Nanna was married to Ningal and their children were Inanna and Utu. Enlil also supplied the gifts or ME.
See how this completes the cycle in the end times. The ME were the pagan "gifts of their holy spirit." These are invocations or magical incantations and more. They give the power of arts, crafts and other nation-building skills. The playing of instrumental music is universally attributed to the "gods." In Babylonian accounts, Satan came into Genun (Jubal, Jabal, Tubal-Cain, Naamah) and taught them how to play instrumental music, organize choirs, organize dance teams, learn to paint and dress the ladies to make them seductresses in order to lead the Holy Sethites off the Mountain of God and down into the dark valley of celebrative worship. This was the origin of fertility rituals having their second carnation in modern churches.
We have posted the Books of Enoch which will direct you to other documents such as the Books of Adam and Eve to show the roll music played as a "me" or office or gift supposedly given by the underworld gods (satans) to befuddle the mind so that it lost its rational power. There is much evidence to show the belief that the mind or spirit ould be permanently altered by these gifts.
Enki had charge of these gifts from enlil who is described much like the holy spirit. These gifts were stored in his "worship center" at Eridu.
Inanna complained that she, the female principle, did not receive enough power. She used the old wineskin trick and got Enki drunk and he gave her powers. She took them to her worship center at Erech. When Enki sobered up he tried to recover them but does not succeed.
Inanna is also Ishtar, who along with Tammuz, was worshipped by the Israelite women in Ezekiel 8. The story of the ME follows with lineage often mixed up. We are profoundly ignorant of Jesus and His teachings without understanding where He pointed as He spoke in parables to hide Spiritual truth from the playing children.
Garnet cylinder seal showing Ishtar Neo-Assyrian, 720-700 BC From Mesopotamia The supreme Mesopotamian goddess.
The MOTHER OF THE GODS as a deified Eve, Zoe, Mary, Ishtar, Semiramis etc., always stands on top of the LION. In the baptism of Jesus, the DOVE representing the MOTHER OF THE GODS in paganism rests on the head of the SON and He is identified by a Father and not a mother.
Inanna goes through the SEVEN GATES OF HELL and is forced to abandon her precious stones. As LUCIFER 3 of the 12 stones of the breastplate were represented by string instruments, wind instruments and percussion instruments.
Jesus said THE GATES OF HELL WOULD NOT PREVAIL against the Church.
This very finely cut seal depicts Ishtar, Mesopotamian goddess of sexuality and warfare. She appears frequently on seals, relief carving, and in descriptions as a mighty warrior who protects the king by defeating his enemies. One Assyrian king, Ashurbanipal (reigned 669-631 BC), was even described as crying before the goddess like a child asking his mother for help. Her strength as a warrior is stressed here, as she is shown with weapons rising from her shoulders.
Ishtar appears to have been associated at an early period with the Sumerian goddess Inanna and both deities are depicted with symbols of fertility, such as the date palm, and of aggression, such as the lion. The iconography survived relatively unchanged for over a thousand years. Here, Ishtar's astral quality is also emphasized: above her crown is a representation of the planet Venus.
The goddess could be worshipped as both male and female Ishtar, reflecting her dual role of sex and war as well as the evening and morning aspects of the planet.
In the first millennium BC more unusual stones were used to make seals: this one is made of green garnet, which may have come from northern Pakistan. Height: 4.3 cm Diameter: 1.8 cm
Inanna as Queen of Heaven and Earth, cylinder seal, Akkad period, c. 2334-2154 BCE. In it, the Goddess wears the horned and tiered crown, image of the sacred mound, which is worn by all the major Sumerian deities, and the tiered dress worn by Sumerian goddesses. An eight-rayed star is near her, the image of the planet Venus. She carries a staff of intertwined serpents and stands on rests her foot upon lions. Shoots ending in buds spring from her right shoulder, indicating her nature as a Goddess of War and Fertility. Sometimes these buds and maces alternate with formalized images of the serpent that come from the Snake Goddesses of Neolithic times.
1 I saw also other countenances in that secret place. I heard the voice of an angel, saying, These are the angels
- who have descended from heaven to earth,
- and have revealed secrets to the sons of men,
- and have seduced the sons of men to the commission of sin.
See Enki and the World order to see how Inanna lusted for the ME or powers.
Enki or Ea is the TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL.
mes tree planted in the Abzu, rising over all lands;
great dragon who stands in Eridug,Inanna is not happy that she does not have grave responsibilities. Therefore, she gets it all.
Inanna and the God of Wisdom (Wolkstein, Kraemer, 12-27)
Inanna placed the shugurra, the crown of the steppe, on her head.
- She went to the sheepfold, to the shepard.
- She leaned back against the apple tree.
- When she leaned against the apple tree,
- ..........her vulva was wonderous to behold.
- ..........Rejoicing at her wounderous vulva,
- ..........the young woman Inanna applauded herself.
- She said:
- "I, the Queen of Heaven, shall visit the God of Wisdom.
- I shall go to Abzu, the sacred place in Eridu.
- I shall honor Enki, the God of Wisdom in Eridu.
- I shall utter a prayer to Enki at the deep sweet waters."
- ..........(Enki or Ea was the patron god of music and more)
- Inanna set out by herself.
- When she was within a short distance of the Abzu,
- He whose ears are wide open,
- He who knows the me, the holy laws of heaven and earth,

- ..........Called to his servant, Isimud:
- "Come, my sukkal,

- Give her butter cake to eat.
- Pour cold water to refresh her heart.
- ..........Offer her beer before the statue of the lion.
- ..........Treat her like an equal.
- ..........Greet Inanna (Ishtar) at the holy table, the table of heaven."
- Isimud headed Enki's words.

- Enki and Inanna drank beer together.
- ..........They drank more beer together.
- ..........They drank more and more beer together.
- With their bronze vessels filled to overflowing,
- With the vessels of Urash, Mother of the Earth,
- ..........They toasted each other; they challenged each other.
- Enki, swaying with drink, toasted Inanna:
- "In the name of my power! In the name of my holy shrine!
- To my daughter Inanna I shall give
- ..........The high priesthood! Godship!
- ..........The noble, enduring crown! The throne of kingship!"
- Inanna replied:
"I take them!"- Enki raised his cup and toasted Inanna a second time:

- To my daughter Inanna I shall give Truth!
- ..........Descent into the underworld!
- ..........Ascent from the underworld!
- ..........The art of lovemaking!
- ..........The art of kissing the phallus!"
- See Enoch to see why ten-thousand angels will come to defeat the end-time Babylonian religion (Rev. 18).
- Inanna replied:
- "I take them!"
- Enki raised his cup and toasted Inanna a third time:

- (Still reeling with drink) Enki spoke to his servent Isimud:
- "My sukkal, Isimud-
- The young woman-is about to leave-for Uruk.
- It is my wish that she reach her city-safely."
- Inanna gathered all the me.
- The me were placed in the Boat of Heaven.
- The Boat of Heaven, with the holy me, was pushed off from the
- quay.
- When the beer had gone out from the one who had drunk beer,
- When the beer had gone out from Father Enki (Ea),
- When the beer had gone out from the great God of Wisdom,
- Enki looked about the Abzu.
- The eyes of the King of the Abzu searched Eridu.
- King Enki looked about Eridu and called for his servant Isimud,
- saying:
- "My sukkud, Isimud-"
- "My king, Enki, I stand to serve you."
- "The high priesthood? Godship?
- The noble and enduring crown?
- Where are they?"
- See how Judah was seduced by Tamar and lost the scepter of kingship which would not be restored until Messiah. This sin brought on the musical singing girls in the period of the Monarchy especially under David. The Levitical Warrior Musicans performed alamoth or a feminine, falsetto style.
- "My king has given them to his daughter."
- "The art of the hero? The art of power?
- Treachery? Deceit?
- Where are they?"
- "My king has given them to his daugher."
- "The perceptive ear? The power of attention?
- The making of decisions?
- Where are they?"
- "My king has given them to his daughter."
- (Fourteen times Enki questioned his servant Isimud;
- fourteen times Isimud answered, saying:
- "My king has given them to his daughter.
- My king has given all the me to his daughter Inanna.")
- Then Enki spoke saying:
- "Isimud, the Boat of Heaven, with the holy me
- Where is it now?"
- "The Boat of heaven is (one quay from Eridu)."
- "Go! Take the enkum-creatures
- Let them bring the Boat of Heaven back to Eridu!"
- Isimud spoke to Inanna:
- "My queen, your father has sent me to you.
- Your father's words are words of state.
- They must not be disobeyed."
- Inanna answered:
- "What has my father said?
- What has Enki added?
- What are his words of state that may not be disobeyed?"
- Isimud spoke:
- "My king has said:
- Let Inanna proceed to Uruk;
- ..........Bring the Boat of Heaven with the holy me back to Eridu."
- Inanna cried:
- "My father has changed his word to me!
- He has violated his pledge-broken his promise!
- Deceitfully my father spoke to me!
- Deceitfully he cried:
- 'In the name of my power! In the name of my holy shrine!'
- Deceitfully he has sent you to me!"
- Scarcely had Inanna spoken these words
- When the wild-haired enkum-creatures seized the Boat of Heaven.
- Inanna called to her servant Ninshuber saying:
- "Come, Ninshuber, once you were Queen of the East;
- Now you are the faithful servant of the holy shrine of Uruk.
- Water has not touched your hand.
- Water has not touched your foot.
- My sukkal who gives me wise advice,
- My warrior who fights by my side,
- Save the Boat of Heaven with the holy me!"
- (Ninshuber sliced the air with her hand.
- She unttered and earth-shattering cry.)
- The enkum-creatures were sent hurtling back to Eridu.
- Then Enki called to his servent Isimud a second time, saying:
- "My sukkal, Isimud-"
- "My king, Enki, I stnad to serve you."
- "Where is my Boat of Heaven now?"
- "It is (two quays away from Eridu)."
- "Go! Take the fifty eru-giants,
- Let them carry off the Boat of Heaven."
- The fifty flying uru-giants seized the Boat of Heaven
- But Ninshubur rescued the boat for Inanna.
- Enki called to his servent Isimud a third time, saying:
- "My sukkal, Isimud-"
- "My king, Enki, I stand to serve you."
- "Where is the Boat of Heaven now?"
- "It has just arrived at Dulma."
- "Quickly! Take fifty lahama-monsters,
- Let them carry off the Boat of Heaven."
- The fifty lahama-sea monsters seized the Boat of Heaven,
- But Ninshuber rescued the boat for Inanna.
- A fourth time Enki sent the sound-peircing kugalgal.
- A fifth time Enki sent the enunun.
- But each time Ninshubur rescued the boat for Inanna.
- Enki called to his servent Isimud a sixth time, saying:
- "My sukkal, Isimud-"
- "My king, Enki, I stand to serve."
- "Where is the Boat of Heaven now?"
- "It is about to enter Uruk."
- "Quickly! Take the watchmen of the Iturungal Canal,
- Let them carry off the Boat of Heaven."
- Isimud and the watchmen of the Iturungal Canal seized
- the Boat of Heaven,
- But Ninshubur rescued the boat for Inanna.
- Then Ninshubur spoke to Inanna:
- "My queen, when the Boat of Heaven
- Enters the Nigulla Gate of Uruk,
- Let the high water flow in our city;
- Let the deep-going boats sail swiftly through our canals."
- Inanna answered Ninshubur:
- "On the day the Boat of Heaven
- Enters the Nigulla Gate of Uruk,
- Let high water sweep over the streets;
- Let high water flow over the paths.
- Let old men give counsel;
- Let old women offer heart-soothing.
- Let the young men show the might of their weapons;
- Let the little children laugh and sing.
- Let all Uruk be festive!
- Let the high priest greet the Boat of Heaven with song.
- Let him utter prayers.
- Let him slaughter oxen and sheep.
- Let him pour beer out of the cup.
- Let the drum and tambourine resound.
- Let the sweet tigi-music be played.
- Let all the lands proclaim my noble name.
- Let my people sing my praises."
- Wherefore do the wicked live, become old, yea, are mighty in power? Job 21: 7
- ..........Their seed is established in their sight with them, and their offspring before their eyes. Job 21: 8
- ..........Their houses are safe from fear, neither is the rod of God upon them. Job 21: 9
- ..........Their bull gendereth, and faileth not; their cow calveth, and casteth not her calf. Job 21: 10
- ..........They send forth their little ones like a flock, and their children dance. Job 21: 11
- ..........They take the timbrel and harp, and rejoice at the sound of the organ. Job 21: 12
- ..........They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave. Job 21: 13
- Therefore they say unto God, Depart from us; for we desire not the knowledge of thy ways. Job 21: 14
- And so it was,
- On the day the Boat of Heaven entered the Nigulla Gate of Uruk,
- High water swept over the streets;
- High water flowed over the paths.
- The Boat of Heaven docked at the holy shrine of Uruk;
- The Boat of Heaven docked at the holy house of Inanna.
- Then Enki called to his servant Isimud a seventh time, saying:
- "My sukkal, Isimud-"
- "My king, Enki, I stand to serve you."
- "Where is the Boat of Heaven now?"
- "The Boat of Heaven is at the White Quay."
- "Go! She has aroused wonder there.
- The queen has aroused wonder at the White Quay.
- Inanna has aroused wonder at the White Quay for
- the Boat of Heaven."
- The holy me were being unloaded.
- As the me which Inanna had received from Enki were unloaded,
- They were announced and presented to the people of Sumer.
- Then more me appeared-more me than Enki had given Inanna.
- And these, too, were announced,
- And these, too, were presented to the people of Uruk:
- "Inanna brought the me:
- She brought the placing of the garment on the ground.
- She brought allure.
- She brought the art of women.
- She brought the perfect execution of the me.
- ..........She brought the tigi- and lilis-drums.
- ..........She brought the ub-, the meze-, and the ala- Tambourines..."
- Inanna spoke saying:
- "Where the Boat of Heaven has docked,
- The place shall be called The White Quay.
- Where the holy me have been presented,
- That place I shall name The Lapis Lazuli Quay."
- Then Enki spoke to Inanna, saying:
- "In the name of my power! In the name of my holy shrine!
- Let the meyou have take with you remain in the holy shrine of your city.
- Let the high priest spend his days at the holy shrine in song.
- Let the citizend of your city prosper.
- Let the children of Uruk rejoice.
- The people of Uruk are allies of the people of Eridu.
- Let the city of Uruk be restored to its great place."
