Those under the law of Moses were ceremonially IMPURE for many offenses.
Faith in Jesus means that no one is impure for things like eating pork. Peter to Cornelius informed that now eating UNCLEAN animals was a sin. All animals are JUSTIFIED or PURE because Jesus made it so. Justification does NOT make one free from sin or make one a Disciple of Christ by obeying Him in Baptism.

SPEAKING IN UNKNOWN TONGUES OR LANGUAGES IS A SIGN OF UNBELIEF
THE CHURCH AT CORINTH WAS OFTEN ATTENDED BY TRANSIENTS SPEAKING DIFFERENT LANGUAGES. THERE IS BABBLING BUT THERE IS NO 'UNKNOWN' LANGUAGE OR DIALECT
Believers from other nations passing through wanted to speak in their own language. Paul insists that they translate their words or have maybe JUST ONE gifted interpreter which means translater.
1Cor. 14:23 If therefore the whole church be come together into one place,
and all speak with tongues,
and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers,
will they not say that ye are mad?
The implication is that they were NOT speaking the inspired Word. Paul wishes that they. all had this gift.
There might be just ONE person who was able to SPEAK THE WORDS OF CHRIST by inspiration.
1Cor. 14:24 But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not,
or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all:
1Cor. 14:25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest;
and so FALLING DOWN ON HIS FACE he will worship God,
and report that God is in you of a truth.
