John T. Willis: Among
the problems we have addressed are: the role and work of
the Holy Spirit
Jesus returned
as PROMISED in the Role of Holy Spirit as in the Flesh He
had spoken the WORD. The wind in the upper room was
BREATH (not a person) and when Christ breathes on you you
SPEAK Words. Jesus said "I" will come to you as the
"another Comforter" and in 1 John 2 he says the comforter
or paraclete is Jesus Christ the Righteous. The Breath of
God is not a person. Neither in Hebrew nor Gree does
Spirit speak of a person but "the mental disposition" or
MIND of that person. Jesus guided the Apostles into
writing ALL TRUTH and this was left in parts by Peter who
was an eye- and ear- witness of the risen Christ. If
you hear "A" spirit like Rick Atchley saying that God
COMMANDS INSTRUMENTAL PRAISE then the music connection
proves that it is the spirit of Apollo, Abaddon or
Apollyon who is the MUSICAL WORSHIP LEADER and the Muses
or musicians are called sorcerers and marked in the Greek
text as dirty adulteresses. No prostitution is as
bad as SELLING your body parts claiming that you are being
gyrated by the Spirit OF Christ.
God CALLS through
His Word:
John 6:45 It is written in the
prophets,
And they shall be all
taught of God.
Every man therefore
that hath heard,
and hath learned of
the Father, cometh unto me.
John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh
profiteth nothing:
the words that
I speak unto you,
they are spirit,
and they are life.
There is only One God the Father before H. Leo Boles
Gal. 1:1 Paul, an apostle,
(not of men, neither by man,
but by Jesus
Christ,
and God the
Father,
who raised him from
the dead;)
Gal. 1:3 Grace be to you and peace
from God [Theos]
the Father,
and from our Lord
[Kurios] Jesus Christ,
Eph. 1:2 Grace be to you, and peace,
from God our
Father,
and from the Lord
Jesus Christ.
Eph. 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father
of our Lord Jesus
Christ,
who hath blessed us
with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in
Christ:
Acts 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know
assuredly,
that God hath made
that same Jesus, whom
ye have crucified,
both Lord and
Christ.
There is nothing in the Bible or historic scholarship which
imagines that the Spirit OF a person is another person or
people: God is not a people and SPIRIT is never the name of a
person. God IS holy Spirit or wholly spirit without body
parts. John says that if you deny the One God the Father
and One Lord Jesus Christ you are an ANTI-Christ.
Paul wants the men to HAVE holy hands or PALMS to turn up to God
othewise they will introduce WRATH or Orge or ORGY. Orgy is
defined as the singing, playing, clapping or any body selling
which is defined in the Classics and Paul as prostitution.
The WOMEN are to be silent and not teach over or anyone because
the Purpose Driven Church is a One Piece Pattern.
1Timothy 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the
sight of God our Saviour;
1Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come
unto the knowledge of the truth.
1Timothy 2:5 For there is one God,
and one
mediator between God and men,
the man
Christ Jesus;
1Timothy 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be
testified in due time.
This should stop both men and women who claim some authority or
resource to speak beyond that which is written for our learning.

ethnic and racial

of shepherds (elders) and deacons
(ministers), prayer, interdenominational worship
and unity, grace and works, ministry models in the
United States and abroad,
John T. Willis: supporl
of agencies such as the Herald of Truth,
Christian Homes, Faith Works and numelous
others, salvation and so-called social movements, hierarchical
and egalitarian views of Christian belief and life,
and several others. This is a reporl of how Highland Church
of Christ in Abilene, Texas, addressed the issue of women playing
a role in worship practices. Several of our members
were very concemed about expanding the function of
women and children in every aspect of the church, including
public worship. I emphasized the
importance of the function of women in the Bible as
early as the 1970s at Abilene Christian
University (ACU).
Of Course the
only way you could ENDORSE the "functions" of
women in the Bible would have to be blind to the Story
Line of the Bible. From the wilderness onward the
Qahal, synagogue, ekklesia or Church of Christ [the Rock]
the role is defined
EXCLUSIVELY of Vocal or Instrumental rejoicing or
elveated speech beyond reading the Word.
INCLUSIVE of Rest, Reading and Rehearsing the Word.
That was the
PATTERN throughout the Bible when the godly people were
assembled, it was patterned and endorsed by Jesus,
commanded with the ekklesia or synagogue, practiced and
commanded throughout the Bible and continuing through
recorded history before the Catholic Church accepted
unwashed "priests" who were no longer the poor priests or
preachers of the Church of Christ.
including public worship Of
course there is no command, example or remote inference
about "public worship" in the imaginatioon of John T.
Willis. The only reason the godly people were called into
assembly was to be A School of the Word. Willis is
thinking about the "worship of the starry host" to which
God abandoned because of the women's influence at Mount
Sinai involving singing, playing and the RESULTING sexual
and homosexual outrages. If you read Romans 1 you
will be far ahead of the theologians.
God did not
command the King, kingdom, Temple, animal sacrifices,
priests, Levites or the EXORCISING noise made by David's
instruments. The godly people were quarantined from
Jerusalem and might assemble to hear the Word PREACHED by
being READ. There are none of the ROLES invented by
Doctors of the Law.
Before Jeaneene
Nichols, Jo Bass broke up the party with her "The Holy
Spirit and I." John T. Willis was led by Jo and Jo
attended John T. Willis' classes. Of course, spirit
is always couched in a phrase such as "The Spirit OF
Christ." You have to have missed prepositions to
hallucinate that the Spirit OF a Person is another
PEOPLE. God is Holy or WHOLLY Spirit and does not
have body parts or two other people to enable Him to SPEAK
by using His BREATH (spirit) to articulate His WORD which
is His son when it goes forth from him.
John T. Willis: In
1990, Jeanenne Nichols wrote two articles on
this issue the Restoration Review. In 1993
and 1995,
None of the
examples of godly women had anything to do with a
RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION which the Doctors of the Law have
invented to give GLORY and MONEY for people to be
mediators in either song or sermon. The ROLE of an
assembly is to READ the Word which is defined as
PREACHING. The word "authentia" means sexual,
homosexual or erotic. It is not remotely possible that a
charismatic man-boy or female profession to become visible
and audible and therefore powerful without distracting
everyone to the body and presentation of the PERSON and
not the Word. Preaching the Word (only) by READING the
Word by a older, godly male is the ONLY way to keep from
imposing into the Word of God and therefore disrespecting
it which means blasphemy.
JOHN T.
WILLIS: Canoll D. Osbum,
Marcia Moore, Fred Aquino, Jeff Childers and
I, who were at that time members of Highland Church,
contributed articles on the function of women in
the two-volume work Essays on Women in
Earliest Christianity, edited by Canoll D.
Osburn, Joplin, Missouri: College Press.
Jeff
Childers and Frederick Aquino at the
River's Edge
Jeff Childers and
Frederick Aquino: "Yes! We are saved by grace through faith and
baptism is a picture of our salvation." "They know that not all change is growth,
yet they also realize that there is no growth without
change. The thought of adjusting their beliefs, accepting new practices, or correcting their understanding of some passage of Scripture does not
frighten them" (p. 15).
I read the two
articles and I see Jeanenne as a VICTIM of males
who do not understand the Word. There are 168 hours
during the week for ministry and the short assembly time
has no roles for MINISTRY.
1Peter 4:11 If any man speak, let him speak
as the oracles of God;
if any man minister, let
him do it as of the ability which God giveth:
that God in all things
may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and
dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
The SPEAKING
Roles relate to the LOGOS which is the opposite of making
sermons, singing, playing or acting. The command is
to SPEAK the WORD by READING the
Word. Paul silences both male and female as TEACHERS
OVER others. John T. Willis wants to USE the
women as readers to stand up and read verse 3d which
probably has nothing to do with the sermon. It is an
insult and legalism to do the ACT of reading performed as
long as someone just DOES IT.
John T. Willis:
JOHN T.
WILLIS: In 1999, Clois
Fowler', chairman of the Highland elders, sent a first
draft of a proposed change to the 'Women's
Role Task Group, initiated by Vince Swinney and Don
Jackson, and submitted to David Wray and myself.
The members of this task group were Angi Brenton, Kathy
Merrill, Jerry Strader, Kelli McKnight, Kathryn
Witherspoon, Tim Sensing, Jack Griggs and Dickie
Porche, chair.
John T. Willis
and others are brash enough to say that they are ACTING as
a direct result of PRAYING. Paul outlaws doubtful
disputations about private diversities which have nothing
to do with edifying which means EDUCATING in the assembly
(Paul called them synagogues." In Romans 15
Paul OUTLAWED Self-pleasure which includes all
of the rhetoric, singing, playing, drama or PERSONAL
DECISIONS of the group. The Purpose was to "Use one mind
and one mouth to teach that which is written for our
Learning" meaing Scripture.
See
how Livy Described the Bacchanalibus or New
Wineskins Worship Paul warned against

This also
described why Jesus would not LAMENT and DANCE when the
Clergy PIPED. They wanted to initiate Him into the Gay
Brotherhood believing that Bacchus was to be their
Messiah.
The making of inquisition concerning clandestine meetings was decreed to both the consuls. A Greek of
mean condition came, first, into Etruria,
not
with one of the many trades which his nation, of all others the most
skillful in the cultivation of the mind and body, has
introduced among us,
but a low operator in sacrifices, and a soothsayer;
- nor was he one who, by open
religious rites,
- and by publicly professing his
calling and teaching,
- imbued the minds of his followers
with terror,
but a priest of secret and nocturnal rites.
These mysterious rites were, at first, imparted to a
few,
but afterwards communicated to great numbers,
both men and women.
To their religious performances were
added the pleasures of wine and feasting,
to allure a
greater number of proselytes.
When wine, lascivious
discourse, night, and the intercourse of the sexes had extinguished every
sentiment of modesty, then debaucheries of every kind
began to be practiced, as every person found at hand
that sort of enjoyment to which he was disposed by the
passion predominant in his nature.
Nor were they confined to one species of
vice---the promiscuous intercourse of free-born men and women;
but from this store-house of villainy
proceeded false witnesses,
counterfeit seals (marks), false evidences, and pretended
discoveries.
From the same place, too, proceeded poison and secret murders, so that in some cases, not even the bodies
could be found for burial. [Judas was a siccari or assassin and his bag
carried mouthpieces for wind instruments]
Many of their audacious deeds were
brought about by treachery, but most of them by
force;
it served to conceal the violence,
that, on account of the loud shouting, and the noise of drums and cymbals, none of the cries uttered by the persons suffering violence or murder could be heard abroad.
AFTER the the
women were LED OUT to escape WITH Singing and Clanging and
after the men fell back into musical idolatry of the
Egyptian Trinity, God removed the Covenant of Grace
(Abrahamic) and impose The Book of The Law and sentenced
the people to captivity and death back in Mesopotamia,
Moses wrote a RETROSPECTIVE account of the Fall and
restoration of the Hebrew and not of the universe.
That destruction of isolated city-states began in Sumer
almost exactly in the year B.C. 4000. The Old
Testament defines the future by defining the past when
evil men turn away from God and His Word of peace and
liberty.
That means and
the history of prophecy marks the year ad 2000 as the end
of Day Six. Led Intentionally by the ACU pseudo scholars
the SURVEY was a way to SET AMBUSH by an appeal to human
imagination which God said is only evil continually.
John T.
Willis: On September 9,2000, I chaired
the Highland elders retreat. After much prayer
study and discussion, the eldership drafted
twenty-two questions, asking each elder to answer the
following questions: "Is this biblical, yes or no?" and
"Should this be considered by the Women's Role
Task Group, yes or no?"
John T. Williss
would not have taken the SURVEY if he had not made up his
mind. The claim of PRAYER AND SCHOLARSHIP is a
substitute for the Word of God and may be without
redemption. The Spirit OF Christ in Ephesians 4 listed the
ROLES for which there was no ROLE and no "venue" for
performing arts and crafts: cunning craftsmen or
Sophists. APT elders as opposed to Doctors of the
Law have the ONLY teaching Role in a School of Christ and
his CENI Is to "teach that which has been taught" and to
reprove or sit down anyone who opposes THAT WHICH IS
WRITTEN for our Learning.
This is the
ABSOLUTE LAW according to Paul because Jesus said that the
"Doctors of the Law take away the key to knowledge" and
the cunning craftsmen of Sophists are
LYING IN WAIT TO DECEIVE.

JOHN T. WILLIS:
The questions were:
. Can a woman make the family concern
announcements?
. Can a woman lead worship
(singing)?
There is no
Worship leader possible in The School of Christ.
Claiming to LEAD others into worship is worse than
claiming to be a LEADER when you make love to your wife.
Worship is IN the spirit which is a PLACE in contrasted to
houses where Jesus will NOT COME. Worship is giving
attention or meditating with yourself about what is
commanded to be PREACHED by being READ.
. Can a woman lead prayer
from the pulpit?
There is no
Prayer Leader as liturgy in the Bible. Both male and
female pray their OWN prayer, thank you very much.
Paul's goal that ALL might be silent and no one humming
during personal praying. The "prayer" in the
synagogue was to recite the SHEMA which repudiates the
trinity.
. Can a woman share communion
thoughts in the pulpit?
. Can a woman pass the communion
trays to the congregation?
A woman EXERCISES authority
when she is purposefully VISIBLE or AUDIBLE.
But I suffer not a woman
to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be
in silence. 1 Timothy 2:12
The only way that women
can ignore this 'doctrine' is to deny inspiration or falsely
Accuse Paul. This denial along with performance preaching
"with a tune" is the first step to exercising feminine or effeminate sexual authority. There can be no stand up or
non-sedantary roles for women in the public assembly which
does not ignorantly put this sexual power into operation.
Seeker forms of performance worship is a deliberate attempt
to use feminine or effeminate sexual authority to "attract
the customers." And so all history identifies musical
worship with this form of sexual authority. The word Paul
used is:
Authenteo (g831) ow-then-teh'-o; (a
worker); to act of oneself, i.e. (fig.) dominate: - usurp authority over
"Dionysus is the wine-god, and thus should be a pleasant fellow, a
benefactor. But wine has both positive and negative aspects. It makes people
drunk, causes them to behave in strange ways. The Greeks
were well aware of the dual natures of wine, mirrored by
the dual
nature of its god.... He betrays a dual nature: being bright, joyous, and vital for life,
while also having a
side that is dark, mysterious and deadly.
"The adored wife of the
fallen Hector, is taken as a concubine by the authentes, who can command her domestic and
sexual services. The word also occurs in a homosexual sense in a speech by Theseus, king of Athens, where love
of young boys was considered a virtue rather than a vice."
( Charles Trombly, Who Said Women Can't Teach, p. 174)
"dionysus's worship
is thus established by the simple means of killing
the opposition. It has been suggested that every tragic hero who suffers and dies on stage at the Dionysia, the great dramatic festival
at Athens (of the South?), is in fact dionysus himself, being
killed."
But I suffer not a
woman to teach, nor to usurp authority (authenteo) over
the man, but to be in silence.1Ti.2:12
But the Bible teaches
that to seduce
men in
such a manner was indeed to lead them to slaughter and the
halls of death (cf. Prov. 2:18; 5:5; 6:27; 9:18).
The verb authentein is thus peculiarly apt to
describe both the erotic and murderous." (Trombley, Who Says
Women Can't Teach, p. 177).
The silence which
contrasts with usurping authority is:
Esuchia (g2271( hay-soo-khee'-ah;
fem. of 2272; (as noun) stillness, i.e. desistance from
bustle or language: - quietness, silence.
Esuchios (g2272) hay-soo'-khee-os;
a prol. form of a comp. prob. of a der. of the base of
1476 and perh. 2192; prop. keeping one's seat (sedentary), i.e. (by impl.) still
(undisturbed, undisturbing): - peaceable, quiet.
. Can a woman read scripture to
the congregation?
. Can a woman introduce graduating
seniors?
. Can a woman ministry leader
report on ministry activities?
. Can a woman baptize someone?
. Can a woman read or pray a baby
blessing?
. Can a woman introduce parents of a
newbom baby?
. Can a woman make a public
confession?
. Can a woman collect items passed to
the ends of the rows?
. Can a woman give testimony of
God's work in her life?
. Can a woman lead a singing group in
a special song?
. Can a woman be in a Christian
drama?
Christian Drama
is an oxymoron: ACTING along with PREACHING
out of your head is the definition of a HYPOCRITE.
All actors, poets or musicians were known to INTERPRET the
LOGOS which specificially OUTLAWS singing, playing or
acting.
Can a woman be interviewed by
a male leader?
The LOGOS is
defined as the OPPOSITE of Pathos. There is
absolutely NOTHING that can happen to a man or women which
does not REPUDIATE the assembly as Reading the Word for
comfort and doctrine. The woman has nothing "written
for our lerning."

women's roles. Howeve‘ the only two restrictions were
that women could not serve as elders or conduct public
preaching.
From 2000 to2002,the shepherds
(elders) organized many meetings of all kinds involving the
entire church in various ways. We had numerous meetings in
groups of approximately 150-200 people at a time to discuss
the function of women in public worship. In time, we
invited every member of the church to attend and most
members accepted these invitations. In addition, we invited
speakers to Highland who had various types of expetiise in
dealing with the function ofwomen inpublic worship.

We encouraged every member at Highland
to study these articles, and to do their own
research using additional books and afticles on this topic.
We also had a series of sermons and classes on the function
of women in public worship.
In the classes, each member was
encouraged to share his/her thoughts, insights and concems.
Following the ideas presented in
scripture is important to us and there were many passages
that were consulted. First, 1 Corinthians 11"4-5 states
that both men and women prayed and prophesied in public assemblies
as long as the men did not cover their heads and the women
did cover their heads.
John T.
Willis: 1 Corinthians 14.34-35 says women
are to be silent in the churches in the larger
context that men are to be silent if more than two or three
men speak in tongues, or if there is no interpreter when
someone speaks in tongues in the verses just before
in I Corinthians 14.26-33.
BOTH men and women are to be silent unless they receive a
REVELATION which never happend in corinth or they SPOKE the
revealed Word of God by supernatural power which never
happened in corinth.
Psallo is IN the heart or mind and defacto SILENT. Unless
someone had something in the MIND which did not edify they
were to KEEP SILENT: both men and women. The CULTURAL thing is
that apostles and prophets were given the GIFT OF CHRIST:
they were to silence the cunning craftsmen or sophists:
speakers, singers or instrument players because they were
LYING IN WAIT TO DECEIVE.

IF THE PURPOSE IS THAT ALL MIGHT BE SAVED AND COME TO A

GIVE WOMEN THE RIGHT TO SPEAK OUT OF THEIR OWN HEAD?
Oak Hills Church wrote a 119 page book on women

Corinthians 14 Speaking in Tongues
I Corinthians 14.26-33. These
practices are cultural, occasional and isolated, not
universal Christian truths.
Culture does not change: IF the
purpose was to silence anyone who did not speak "that
which has been taught" or that which is written for our
learning, why would doctors of the law USURP the Word
claiming that "a" spirit now guides them beyond the
sacred pages: KoolAid is a health drink now.
1Cor.
14:32 And the spirits [minds] of the prophets
are subject to the prophets.
1Cor. 14:33
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace,
as in all churches of the saints.
1Cor. 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the
churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but
they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the
law.
1Cor. 14:35
And if they will learn any thing, let them ask
their husbands at home:
for it is a shame for
women to speak in the church.
Men more than women attended that sector of the Synagogue
schools which used the Bible as the textbook for
learning how to read and teach. Because the CENI was to PREACH
the Word by READING the Word and translating from the
originals, the men more than the women would understand the
WRITTEN WORD better. If the wife did not understand the
translation from the original or any explanation by the elder
that did not mean that the rest of the people failed to grasp
it. NONE of the men were authorized to interrupt the reader
(prayer) because Job One was to LISTEN to the READING.
Noting but the Text and primarily the Prophets were read for the
Spiritual education. That means that they would all speak
the same things and people got frequent chances to hear the
WORD.
The Mad Women of Corinth were famous or infamous. As prophetess
of Apollo or other "god" a prophet is always a female
drunk on wine, music or some other disturbance
of the soul.

Romans 14:1
Women will be saved through
childbearing, providing they continue in faith and holiness,
with modesty The following types of questions began to be
raised:
Women will be KEPT SAFE from the
outbreak of ORGIES caused by effeminate males.
Must we insist that all men lift up
holy hands when they pray? Must women dress modestly
and decently in suitable clothing only in public assemblies?
Must women not have their hair braided? Must women not wear
gold, pearls, or expensive clothes?
MUST is
a human imagination: the POINT is that the command of PAUL
was to READ the letters and not PREACHE out of their own
heads. The POINT is that the men turned up holy
PALMS which was a sign of dedication to the Word.
Gen.
14:22 And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up
mine hand [palm] unto the LORD, the most high God, the
possessor of heaven and earth,
Psa. 28:2 Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry
unto thee,
when I lift up
my hands toward thy holy oracle.
Psa. 119:48 My hands also will I lift up unto thy
commandments,
which I have loved;
and I will meditate in thy statutes.
The point was that the prayer was for PEACE and SILENCE so that
"we might all be saved and come to a knowledge of the TRUTH.

The Worship of the Serpent Dean: The old Magian idolatry assumed, under his
hand, a more alluring appearance. Some of its
metaphysical absurdities were removed, and its simplicity
of worship put on the gorgeous apparel of a faith which
appealed to the senses rather than to the imagination.
Fire temples arose above the naked "hill altars" of
their ruder ancestors; and the sacred flame which his
hallowed or daring hand was supposed to have brought
down from heaven, was religiously guarded
by an appointed priesthood. So awful were the sanctions of
this new religion, that the whole nation gave way to the
irresistible evidence of its divine authority. The
worshippers of the serpent, if any remained, quailed
under the genius of a prophet who had gazed
upon the true Schechinah; and the portion of fire which he
exhibited, in token of his ascent to heaven,
Must women do good works, but not men?
When and where must women learn in silence-at home, at
meals, visiting with friends, studying in classes, in Bible

Must women never teach or have

women: when she claimed to speak FOR God He slapped here

cowardly and you have a Deborah then by all means let her
lead you out to slaughter the gentiles
(denominations). Huldah kept the Mishna or
Library: if the king nor priests knew anything about
the Bible it was logical to go to Huldah where a copy of
the Law was stashed way.
Because of
musical idolatry at Mount Sinai God had turned the nation
over to worship the starry host: that included Apollo,

Paul promised
that God sends strong delusions to those who do not know
the truth. And doctors of the law take away the key
to knowledge. Is it possible that Dr. Willis cannot read
the text or is he just mocking in order to set up silly
examples to make it easier for or TRAP elders into become

clear teachings from EVAH and the fall in the
garden of Eden to the Babylon Mother of Harlots (fruits)

It must be
MOCKING God and godly believers to lay out the red herring
that people must believe that having a child is a STEP TO
SALVATION meaning a punched ticked to heaven.
People are saved
by having their UNholy spirit cleansed of sins so that
they have A holy spirit and can read BLACK text on BROWN
paper. We are washed in water INTO the Word or into
the school of Christ. A lady Disciple will have no urge to
become a hireling so she can speak beyond the sacred pages
as John T. Willis claims by God answering their BATHING IN
PRAY and giving them INSPIRATION which is reputed by all
recorded history.
Paul wants the
women to be SAFE in giving birth to children. Music

1Tim. 2:15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved

Having a baby is not a One Step Plan of Salvation:
leave it to doctors of the Law to take away the key to
knowledge. Loud churchy type "music" can induce
premature labot.

1 Thessalonians 2:[3] For our exhortation is not of error,

even as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the

the PSALLO word. You INSIST that the Spirit OF Christ and Paul were just too

There is no

Upon raising such questions, we have
concluded that the instructions in I Timothy 2.8-15 are
cultural and situational, not eternal truths.
We have
concluded that Paul's REASON was based on two stated
facts:
First: The
church was not a place for men or women to teach OVER
others because the STATED purpose was so that "all
might be saved and come to a knowledge of the
truth. Godly women would never assume that THEY were
the source of revelation as with modern songs and
sermons. Women just out of paganism would interpret
any gas pain as a revelation.
Second,
There is just ONE MEDIATOR between God and Man, the MAN
Jesus Christ. That is why the PATTERN or CENI is to PREACH
the Word by READING the Word for comfort and doctrine.
John T.
Willis: Third, in
Galations 3.28, Paul states that in Christ "there is no
longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slaveor free,
there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one
in Christ Jesus." God has broken down the walls or bariers
between different races,. slave dnd free, rich and poor, old
and young, male and female, etc.
Well, John T.
Willis is contradicting Scripture and saying that WOMEN
and MEN are the same EXCEPT they cannot be ONE and
take OUR job as elders or preachers.
The Point from
reading 101a is that there is no racial distinction which
made anyone superior. However, since the ONLY role was for
an older male to READ the Word and elders as
Pastor-Teachers are commanded to Teach that which has been
taught, we know that younger males with a unisexual
persona is excluded as well as women who carry the same
sexual attractant as hand waving preachers

of a preceding assertion
IT IS A FACT
THAT WE ARE ALL ONE AND THERE ARE NO TITLES OF
HONOR OR AUTHORITY. A baptized woman is just as
saved as a baptized man or Jew. The POINT was to
destroy the SUPERIORITY of persons. This has
nothing to do with the assembly. We know for a fact that
once a Preacher with no role and no dole is imported, ALL
males are not equal to the Alpha Male and are silenced at
all times other than when "on the preacher's program."
The Spirit OF
Christ defined the asssembly in the prophets
Habakkuk 2:18 What profiteth the
graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the
molten image,
and a teacher
of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to
make dumb idols?
We even have a mention at a
later date of a similar custom in connection with
the cult in Jerusalem, where certain Levites,
called me'oreim, 'arousers," sang every
morning this verse from Ps 44: 'Awake, Lord,
awake! Do not abandon us for ever." The Talmud
tells us that Johy Hyrcanus suppressed the
practice because it recalled too readily a pagan
custom.
A similar practice is attested in
connection with the cult of Herakles-Melkart. According to Menander, as he is
quoted by Josephus, the king Hiram, who was a
contemporary of Solomon, rebuilt the temples of Tyre
and, 'he was the first to celebrate the awakening of
Heracles in the month of Peritius." (de Vaux, p. 247)
In an inscription from Cyprus, in
one from Rhodes and in several from around the
district of Carthage, there are references to
important personages who bear the title Mqm"lm which we can translate as 'arouser
of the god." (de Vaux, p.
247).
Fourth, Paul names numerous Christians
at Rome in Romans 16 with approximately half of these people
being women .l6.l says Phoebe is a deacon;
Phoebe was a SERVANT
of the Corinthian church but she SERVED at cenchrea
as an official of the Greek government. She met transients
just off the ship and made certain that they kept going to
the next port of exit unless they wished to settle down in
Greece. She then found him a JOB and sponsored him
as an alien as she did Paul. If they didn't want to work
then neither shall they eat and she got them on the next
ship leaving the area. The same was the practice of
those who claimed to be evangelists or apostles: they let
him tell them what they didn't already know for a week or
two and then SENT him on his way.
The Greeks had no
word for Deaconess. Phoebe was a busness woman and
Paul didn't know why she was going to Rome but it was not
as a preacher.
16.3-5 says Prisca (Priscilla)
and Aquila worked with Paul in Christ Jesus and
hosted a local church;
John T. Willis:

Paul wants ALL to be silent: Men are to lift holy PALMS a symbol
of READING the Text. This will PREVENT Wrath or ORGY.
Brandon Scott Thomas has been hired to bring on ORGY defined by
hypocritic mockers outrageoulsy claiming that they are Jesus
Christ--the one Mediator--and can lead you into the presence of
God. These "feelings" were always known to be drugn-induced
sexual feelings.
John T.
Willis: 16.13 says
the mother of Rufus was a mother to Paul also. Paul worked
hand in hand with women and men in Christ.
That's fine,
everyone SERVES as commanded and exampled by Jesus but NO
ONE presides over in a clergy role. The role was to READ the Word as a School
of Christ. She didn't have an office, a budget, make
reports to the assembly and silence everyone else on the
"ministry." Preachers should be like Phoebe and GO
out and minister to the needy. There is no reason
that a woman cannot pick up her Bible and plunge into the
areas of the city that the Mega church will never reach.
John T.
Willis: Fifth,
Luke specifically names Mary called Magdalene,
Joanna, Suzanna and many others who traveled with the twelve
apostles and provided for them out of their
resources in Luke 8.1-4, Jesus worked equally with men and
women to cany out his mission.
Probably women
including Widows helped violate the Law of Laying By in
Store to build the church building and hire those God gave
no ROLE and no DOLE. Then along comes a spider and
says HEY we gonna Infiltrate and Divert your
MONIES into something we HATCHED UP. Paul called the
Scribes and Pharisees HYPOCRITS: they made long prayers
(HYMNS) while fabricating their own Scriptures so they
could EAT UP the livings of the Widows. They were pikers:
today we lie, cheat and steal the CHURCH house and CHURCH
FAMILY of weeping widows told to "get over it or get out."
John T. Willis: Finally,
in Philippians 4.2-3, Paul calls two women-Euodia and
Syntyche-his fellow workers and significant figures in the
church, commending them to the communify of faith at
Philippi.
Phil 4:2 I beseech Euodias, and
beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the
Lord.
Phil 4:3 And I entreat thee also,
true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me
in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my
fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
John T. Willis is BOUND to collect a few co-workers and GO into
all the world and preach the Word. No one has the right to build
an INSTITUTION which spends all of its time and money mocking
the Word and saying that Paul was NOT speaking for Jesus.
We have no example of them PREACHING or RULING OVER the flock or
calling in a WORSHIP TEAM to stir up animosity and "make the
lambs dumb before the slaughter." Paul DEFINED AWAY all of the
performance music in this chapter which we probably didn't read
at ACU.
PAUL ALWAYS DEFINES THE CHURCH BOTH INCLUSIVELY AND
EXCLUSIVELY.
Let your moderation be known unto all men. The
Lord is at hand. Phil 4:5
Be careful for
nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made
known unto God. Phil 4:6

The synagogue was
not a pagan worship center; it was an ekklesia or

II. When the tables had been removed and the
guests had poured a libation and sung a hymn, there
entered a man from Syracuse, to give them an evening's
merriment. He had with him a fine flute-girl, a dancing-girl--one
of
those skilled in acrobatic tricks,--and a very handsome
boy, who was expert at playing the cither and at
dancing; the Syracusan made money by exhibiting their
performances as a spectacle. [2] They now played for
the assemblage, the flute-girl on the flute, the boy on the
cither; and it was agreed that both furnished capital
amusement. Thereupon Socrates remarked: On my word, Callias,
you are giving us a perfect dinner; for not only have you set
before us a feast that is above criticism, but you are also
offering us very delightful sights and sounds. [3] Suppose
we go further, said Callias, and have some one bring us some
perfume, so that we may dine in the midst of pleasant odours,
also. No, indeed! replied Socrates
What use will you make of them? the other asked.
I will dance, by Zeus.
We came to understand the various backgrounds,
insights and inner feelings of a wide diversity
of people in race, age and gender. We slowly grew in
love closer to God and to one another as we tried to
understand many issues in life, not just the function
of women in public worship.
We received improved perceptions
of the meaning and application of scripture
and of contemporary
thought and life.
This has confirmed our former studies
about the religious issues mentioned above,
and inspires us to
approach new issues for the church in the future.
John T. Willis: The
Highland Church in the early 2000s had approximately two
thousand members. During the years of this experience,
we may have lost one hundred people at most. Most of
those who left Highland refused to discuss this issue
from the start. After much study and discussion, at
least 95 percent of the members not only remained at
Highland, but also enthusiastically supporled the decisions
the entire church decided upon.
If John T. Willis
counted the original bodies STILL there he would discover
that he and Mike Cope in the Words of the Christian
Standard "TRANSISTIONED" the membership by chasing out the
INVESTORS and replacing them with simpletones who could
swallow those really false sermons. Godly and
literate Bible Students do not HAVE to discuss anything
with Willis. If they have ever read the Bible they
KNOW that God HATES the "music in the temple" and He HATES
people who sow discord. The Purpose Driven Cult
assumes that you can LOOSE half of the owners and make it
financially profitabley by ATTRACTING the butterlies.
The meaning of
the Beastia or Serpent is to introduce things like
creeping songs that wind around and around. If you
SPRING all of these false teachings at once Lynn Anderson
would tell you that you might SPOOK the frogs and they
might jump ship. This is called gradualism which is
the meaning of the serpent or a creeping plague.
Of the twenty-two issues discussed, the
elders introduced approximately six issues at a time,
not all at once. We gave several months to make sure
everyone was comfortable with what we were doing and how we
needed to improve on each issue. It took approximately
two years to get through all twenty-two matters of
discussion. Since approximately 2005, most members
seem happy about the diverse use of
women in public worship in many ways, and look forward to
both men and women functioning in public worship.
After 2005, several events
occurred which have put off a fuither study of the function
of women as elders or shepherds and the
function of women as public preachers.
I'm at a congregation
that has struggled with this issue.
We've been atempting to make our Sunday

Rev. Dr. KERR, Reformed Presbyterian
Church of Scotland, Glasgow Their plan of campaign would be marked by the
following stages at considerable intervals:
1. adverse comments on the simplicity of the worship observed;
2. a choir, who would alone
sing;
3. a hymnal, with hymns from Romish
sources,
and
4. frequent use of hymns by Newman and other notable Romanists;
5. a harmonium in the Sabbath school;
6. an organ in the church (a gift if
possible);
7. occasional references to Protestants as bigots;
8. frequent use of the terms "the church," "holy communion," and "holy orders;"
9. a new
church in shape of a cross, with chancel, nave, organ loft, apse, altar, and
reredos;
10. introduction of
saints'
days
and holy days, including Ash Wednesday, Maunday
Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and Easter Sunday; crosses, crosiers; candles; incense; thurifers; and so on.
We have been involved in a study of "missional"
living and worship over the past three to four
years.
Missional is a LIE WORD: it is not related to missionary but
of using the funds and influence of stable churches of Christ
to establish instrumental churches.
2. The Missional Church
As a passionate participant in (and observer of) the
Church, I see God raising up 'missional communities' that can influence 'from the
margins.' I can't remember where I first heard the term
'missional communities', or I'd give the person
credit. But the picture it paints in my mind is a group of
people who are highly
intentional
about truly obeying Jesus' commands so as to increasingly
be like him. The individuals pursuing this life-goal are in community [COMMUNE]. They live out their new,
loving, powerful kingdom reality not as 'Lone Ranger Christians' (going about their
work-a-day life isolated except for an hour on Sunday),
but non-negotiably as a vital part of a group of Christ-followers.
The Missional Church and Restoring the
Five Fold Ministry--including
unquestioned Apostles and Prophets. When people DENY the inspiration of the Word
God sends them strong delusions and the CRACK AWAY to some
archaic religionism.
In 19th century England,
Christians were ripe to flock to apocalyptic
prophecies about the coming Millennial Age. The upheaval that the
French Revolution had produced left God's people wishing for a reign of peace under their Lord
that would set all things right.
In the year 1824, Edward Irving, a Presbyterian pastor in
Scotland, began teaching that "the five-fold
ministry" of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors
and teachers had disappeared from the church and were
in need of restoration. According to Irving, the
restoration of these ministries would usher in the
Millennial Kingdom of Christ on the earth.
As a result of Irving's
teachings, he and his followers began the Catholic
Apostolic Church in 1832. Its chief purpose was to restore
"the
five-fold ministry" and usher in the
Millennial Kingdom. The church ordained twelve "apostles" who were to be the last
days equivalent of the original Twelve whom Jesus
appointed. Henry Drummond, a wealthy banker from England,
became the leader of the church. Drummond himself took the
highest position . . . the "apostle to Scotland."
It was prophesied that
these twelve apostles would be the last apostles
to appear on the earth before Christ's return. (This is a
throwback to Mani of Persia of the third
century who labeled himself the "Apostle of Light," the
very last apostle of Jesus to exist on the earth.)
Eventually these twelve
apostles died (the last one dying in 1901). Upon their
death, the Catholic Apostolic Church died in England. In
Germany, however, the Catholic Apostolic Church ordained
twelve more apostles and took the name New Apostolic
Church.
A missional church seeks to incorporate its members into being part of a larger purpose,
encouraging them as subversives, giving them tools to engage their culture,
teaching them how to bridge and interact with culture,
setting a biblical agenda for holy living, fostering spiritual formation, developing spiritual
giftedness, encourage social action,
and serving in community. Thus, it attacks the demons of
postmodernism: atomization, isolation, relativism,
secularism, anti-supernaturalism, and apathy. It invites
outsiders to a journey within a Christian community.
It also engages the outside world using relationships, rather than business tools (i.e. marketing,
advertising, and entertainment). A missional community
intentionally works under the authority of Christ to
accomplish the Great Commission. Eddie Gibbs again says,
"In postmodern society, church leaders ... must be apostolic in
that they are venturing into new territory as well as
reclaiming lost ground to bring people to Christ and to
multiply missional communities. The confidence, technique-based ability to manage the present and face the
future have been replaced by the need to seek God's wisdom
and strength afresh for the novel and unanticipated
challenges that face us in our ministries." Missional
communities simple seek leaders who think and act apostolically,
rather than like a CEO.
The disciple identity is held by all; growth
in discipleship is expected of all.
8. People within the community hold themselves accountable to one another in love.
What it looks like: Substantial time is spent with one another for the
purpose of watching over one another in love.

or "community church" which is defined as a COMMUNE.
The church organization
is characterized by the participants as one that is ever
open to change, to new and expansive ways of
organizational thinking and behaving that enable rather
than block the cultivating of faithful discipleship.
The community gives
visible evidence that its life, work, witness, and worship
are influenced and shaped by what the community is learning together from
Scripture's revelation of God's claim upon its life.
Believing that the Holy Spirit gives gifts to all, the entire community participates in programs
and processes for identifying, commissioning,
and utilizing the gifts of both new and continuing
participants for service in the mission of the church.
We have been involved in
reorganizing the eldership and staff into three
fundamental teams: administration, pastoral
work for the community of faith, and vision of the
future.
A plurality of
elders was given by Christ in Ephesians 4 for the tasks of
EXCLUDING alll of the Cunning Craftsmen or Sophists
meaning self-preachers, singers, instrument players and
actors SO THAT the elders could Teach that which had been
taught. By clergy force SPLITTING the eldership it is much
easier to DIVIDE AND CONQUOR. However, the body of
Elders are the Christ ordained Pastor-Teachers.
Their ONLY resource is THAT WHICH HAS BEEN TAUGHT.
This lets the false teachers rise to the surface as able
to impose FALSE TEACHING as ANTI-Christs because the LOGOS
is the only Regulative Principle. What John T. Lewis
is a neo-pagan Temple-State just like the Ziggurats in
Babylon and the Ziggurate at Jerusalem where they
worshipped the stary host including Abaddon or Apollyon.
Preachers
(Kerusso) and Elders (Presbyters) are called HERALDS. A
herald obeys the direct command of Jesus to GO into all
the world and preach what HE COMMANDED TO BE TAUGHT.
This has led to several
changes with the elders and staff
After losing our pulpit minister of
eighteen years, we had a long search, and now our
new minister is Jonathan Storment, who has been
preaching at Highland for approximately one year and a half.

He is doing a great job. We spent a
year to cast a new vision at Highland.
Now we are involved in Restoration:
"Vision casting demands theological perspective. This is work
that cannot be done in a vacuum. Millennial visionaries
must take a hard look back before daring to chart the course
for the years that lie ahead. A vision cast outside
of solid theological context will certainly promote a
shallowness and emptiness that will leave the church of
tomorrow in a state of sad and tragic despair.

Unfortunately,
God cannot use and will not tolerate any human
talent. Why would God make Jesus His Lord and Christ
to SPEAK the Word which was God's Spirit (Breath) without
METER. That must be true since He did not supply us
any metrical text which we are commanded to speak with
"one mind and one mouth." Jesus asks: "Could you not
tarry with me for one hour?" No, not then and not
now. Since those in need do not come to musical
performances to be MINISTERED TO, why not let the elders
"teach that which has been taught?" Then, those with
some gift or talent will be sincere and GO OUT to those in
need. That's what Peter said.
Brandon
Scott Thomas of the Zoe
(Eve, Venus) movement will
fulfill prophecy and introduce the rise of
the Mother Goddess worship.
Zoe is defined as the BEAST and female instructing
principle. The BEAST in revelation is defined as A New
Style of Music and Drama. Plato noted that when you see this
happening people INTEND to change the LAWS.

We are not a prophet or the son of a prophet.
However, the ONLY information Jesus left us through John was
to avoid specific clear "when you see these signs."
FOR INSTANCE, IN THIS LAST DETAILED WARNING APOLLO,

And on this account Plato, and even before his time
the
Pythagoreians, called philosophy music; [Jesus doesn't PRAY for
the KOSMOS or World of Pythagoreas]
andthey
say
that the universe is constituted in accordance with harmony,
assuming that every form of music is the work of
the gods.
And in this sense, also, the Muses are goddesses,
and Apollo is leader of the Muses,
and poetry as a whole is laudatory of the gods.
And by the same course
of reasoning they also attribute to music the upbuilding of morals, believing that everything which tends to
correct the mind is close
to the gods.
Now most of the Greeks
assigned to Dionysus, Apollo,
Hecate, the Muses (9 women team), and above all to Demeter,
everything of an orgiastic or Bacchic or choral
nature, as well as the mystic element in initiations;
and they give the name "Iacchus" not only to Dionysus but also to
the leader-in-chief of the mysteries, who is the genius of
Demeter.
the Eleusinian. Thus "Bacchus was directly called upon,"
he says. The Sabazian worship was Sabbatic; the names Evius,
or Hevius, and Luaios are identical with
Hivite and Levite.
The French name Louis
is the Hebrew Levi; Iacchus again is Iao or Jehovah; and Baal or
Adon, like Bacchus, was a phallic god.
The Mari texts are
important in the history of prophecy because they reveal
that inspired prophecy in the ancient Middle East dates
back 1,000 years before Amos and Hosea (8th century BC) in Israel.
Iamblichus wrote Of
the Hebrew Kadeshim and the Eleusinian. Thus "Bacchus was directly called upon,"
he says. The Sabazian worship was Sabbatic; the names Evius, or
Hevius, and Luaios are identical with Hivite and Levite. The French name Louis is
the Hebrew Levi; Iacchus again is Iao or Jehovah; and Baal or Adon, like
Bacchus, was a phallic god. "Who shall ascend into
the hill (the high place) of the Lord?" asks the holy
king David, "who shall stand in the place of his Kadushu [[Heb char]]"? (Psalms
xxiv. 3). Kadesh may mean in one sense to devote,
hallow, sanctify, and even to initiate or to set apart;
but it also means the ministers of lascivious rites (the Venus-worship) and the true
interpretation of the word Kadesh is bluntly rendered in
Deuteronomy xxiii. 17; Hosea iv. 14; and Genesis
xxxviii., from verses 15 to 22. The "holy" Kadeshuth of
the Bible were identical as to the duties of their
office with the Nautch-girls of the later Hindu pagodas.

Nay, rather, to
speak out more truly, the augurs, the dream interpreters, the soothsayers, the prophets, and the priestlings, ever vain, have devised these fables;

"In ancient Mesopotamia its main purpose
appears to have been the enhancement of what was seen as beneficial. With the
sole exception of wisdom literature,
the core genres are panegyric
in nature (i.e.,
they praise something or someone),
and the magical power and
use of praise
is to instill, call up, or activate the virtues presented in the praise.
"That praise is of the essence of hymns,
for instance, is shown by the fact that over and over
again the encomiast, the official praiser, (See Kantor,
Precenter, Worship Leader) whose task it was to sing these
hymns,
closed with the standing phrase: "O
[the name of a deity or human hero], thy praise is
sweet." The same phrase is common also at the end of
myths and epics, two further praise genres that also
belonged in the repertoire of the encomiast.
"They praise not only in description but
also in narrative,
by recounting acts of valour done by the hero,
thus sustaining and enhancing his
power to do such deeds,
according to the magical view.
"Sometimes religion
produces suggestive rituals shared by a community to create an atmosphere useful for uplifting one's
thoughts and coming to one's senses. There are those who
cannot do without such forms of worship. Where, however,
the form takes the place of meditation, or conditions it; where human words prevail over the Spirit.. then we are no longer in
the presence of true religion.
"The one who uses colours and sounds and forms and movements and other gifts of God
under the illusion of creating a stairway to heaven out of his own resources can, even
involuntarily and in good faith, be raising an invisible barrier between humanity and God
himself. (Davide Melodia, The Lord of Silence)
GOD IS TOO HEAVY
TO LIFT UP
The people of
Israel were all shook up when they heard God at Mount
Sinai. They refused to listen to God and fell into
Instrumental idolatry. The Levites volunteered to
execute 3,000 of the "brethren" and were given the command
to stand in ranks, make a great noise as a warning and to
execute anyone not already abandoned to worship the starry
host.

The command of individuals or by twos to go into all the world
and PREACH the Gospel. His command was to command them to teach
and observe what HE commanded to be taught. This is defined
inclusively in Isaiah and other prophecies and Jesus certified
the prophecies. One might suggest that send out massed
multitudes is not the divine pattern and will undoubtedly teach
them to do what Jesus did NOT command and all of the Bible
condemns.
One of the passages quoted by Luther
in connection with the synagogue in Romans 15 which with
all recorded history denounces music which replaces the Word is
Micah which is the VOICE of the VICTIM where music derived from
mystery means to "silence the voice of the victim."
Micah 2:1 Woe to them that
devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the
morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the
power of their hand.
Micah 2:2 And they covet fields,
and take them by
violence; and houses, and take them away:
so they oppress
a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
Micah 2:3 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, against
this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not
remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for
this time is evil.
Micah 2:4 In that day shall one take up a parable against
you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be
utterly spoiled:
he hath changed
the portion of my people:
how hath he removed it
from me! turning away he hath divided our fields.
Micah 2:5 Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast a cord
by lot in the congregation of the LORD.
Micah 2:6 Prophesy ye not, say they to them that prophesy:
they shall not prophesy to them, that they shall not
