Renee Sproles: In Part One, Greear exposes the lie that it would be better to have JESUS beside us now. Really! 

Yes, the Christian faith unquestionably relies on the person and work OF Jesus.

Jesus appreciates the mention!

Renee Sproles: YET, JESUS himself told us that it is BETTER for the Holy Spirit to come.
         “JESUS claimed that having the Holy Spirit IN  [his disciples]
          would be BETTER than having him BESIDE them”

The word is not BETTER but EXPEDIENT: God gave Jesus the role as ONLY Teacher until He returns again. In the STATE of Holy Spirit (never a god or person) SO that He had the DYNAMIC power to unleash the WAR DOGS upon the WORLD or DUST meaning ABORIGINES without the Breath of God in them.

1Cor. 15:45 And so it is written,
        The first man Adam was made a living soul;
        the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

That is never said of Eve! She was made with PHYSICAL STRENGTH to Tend the flock and orchard.
Genesis 5 is ANOTHER version: "Eve"  or "Woman" are not mentioned.

THERE IS ZERO EVIDENCE OF A PERSON NAMED "THE HOLY SPIRITINSIDE OF YOU."
THERE ARE DOZENS OF PASSAGES PROVING THAT IT IS JESUS WHO LIVES IN OR HUMAN SPIRIT CONTINGENT ON US KEEPING HIS COMMANDS.

GOD SELECTED PAUL WHO HAD TO SEE THE RISEN LORD (BLINDING LIGHT) AND HEAR THE VOICE OF HIS MOUTH BEFORE JESUS PROMISED TO CONTINUE TO GUIDE HIM. AS A GOD ORDAINED SCRIBE PAUL LEFT US A RECORD WHICH HAS BEEN PROTECTED EVER SINCE. 

JESUS IS STILL THE ONLY RABBI AND SPEAKS THROUGH APT ELDERS AS THEY READ OR SPEAK "THAT WHICH IS WRITTEN FOR OUR LEARNING."

LEARNING WHEN THE WORD IS PREACHED BY BEING READ IS THE ONLY VOCAL EFFORT AS THE ORACLES OF GOD ARE READ BECAUSE THEY WERE ONCE DELIVERED TO THE SAINTS.

AN ASSEMBLY OF CHRIST HAS NO ROLE NOR DOLE. Church is SCHOOL TIME. When classes are over women can and DO minister what deacons rarely do. If there is someone sick, a funeral or someone needing a ride to the doctor they many times call my 80 pound 89 year old wife.  Paul said and defined "How can they PREACH unless they are SENT." My wife and niece served as missionary nurses in darkest Africa. So hop to it ladies.

When we begin to know ourselves, and to feel the uncertainty and darkness

Yes, the CHRISTian faith unquestionably relies on the person and work OF Jesus.

YET, JESUS himself told us that it is better for the Holy Spirit to come.

JESUS IN THE FLESH WAS REJECTED AND DESPISED JUST AS HE IS IN MOST RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS.

Ha . . . well, that’s blunt! Good question. In saying, “the Spirit inside you is better than JESUS beside you,” I’m actually just rephrasing a promise JESUS made: “It is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you” (John 16:7). How absurd must that statement have sounded to the disciples? Was JESUS really telling them that his departure was to their advantage if they got the Holy Spirit? Apparently so.

IT IS GOOD FOR THE KINGOM WHICH DOES NOT COME WITH RELIGIOUS OBSERVATION.
