Russ Adcox All Things to All People

Russ Adcox: One Church Two Locations.  Russ Adcox Rejects the Word, Logos or Regulative Principle and can not read BLACK text on BROWN Paper.  By removing CHRIST from Maury Hill's Church from their Public Confession they hallucinate that Paul conformed to other's dogma: Russ Adcox also denies it by infiltrating and diverting peaceable Church and therefore NOT becoming a Biblical School of the Word.

Russ Adcox PATTERNISM: One Church: Two Locations (Part Three). This message starts with the Scriptural foundation of the vision as found in 1st Cor 9:19-2

Titus 1:5  For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting,
         and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:

1Cor. 9:19 For though I be free from all men,
        yet have I made myself servant unto all,
         that I might gain the more.
1Cor. 9:20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews;
        to them that are under the law, as under the law,
        that I might gain them that are under the law;
1Cor. 9:21 To them that are without law, as without law,
        (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,)
        that I might gain them that are without law.
1Cor. 9:22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak:
        I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
1Cor. 9:23 And this I do for the GOSPELS sake,
         that I might be partaker thereof with you.

INTERPRETATION: We need to engage in musical idolatry so that others will attend and pay up and we can NOT teach them any TRUTH.

We need to be INCLIUSIVE so that we can include whatever attracts the masses so we have to be EXCLUSIVE of those who think that Scripture is lying when it says that the School of Christ (only) is the WAY that is called a SECT.  It is a ROAD or a Pattern and the foolish cannot even stumble into the NARROW WAY.
We need to attract the MASSES so that we can be honored. But, Jesus saidMatt.

7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you,
        do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Matt. 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction,
        and many there be which go in thereat:
Matt. 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the WAY (road, pattern),
        which leadeth unto life, and FEW there be that find it.
Matt. 7:15  Beware of false prophets,
        which come to you in sheep’s clothing,
        but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

g727.  harpax, har´-pax; from 726; rapacious: — extortion, ravening.
g726. harpazo, har-pad´-zo; from a derivative of 138; to seize (in various applications): —
         catch (away, up), pluck, pull, take (by force).

HERETICS OR SECTARIANS ARE:

g138. a haireomai, hahee-reh´-om-ahee; probably akin to 142; to take for oneself, i.e. to prefer: —
        choose. Some of the forms are borrowed from a cognate hellomai hellomai which is otherwise obsolete.
g142.  airo, ah´-ee-ro; a primary root; to lift up; by implication, to take up or away; figuratively, to raise (the voice), keep in suspense (the mind), specially, to sail away (i.e. weigh anchor); by Hebraism (compare 5375) to expiate sin: — away with, bear (up), carry, lift up, loose, make to doubt, put away, remove, take (away, up).
JESUS REMOVED THE WORD "CHRIST" BECAUSE HE NOR HIS WILL BE THERE.

CHAPTER 8 COMES BEFORE CHAPTER 9

As a "trinitarian" Russ Adcox, accoring to Jesus, blasphemes by saying that Jesus is God when He always says that He is the SON of God.

1Cor. 8:1 Now as touching things offered unto idols,
        we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up,
        but charity edifieth.

A CHURCH OF CHRIST IS BUILT UPON THE PROPHETS AND JESUS' FULLFILLING THE PROPHETS AND LEFT FOR OUR MEMORY.

Eph. 2:20 And are built upon [Educated] the foundation of the apostles and prophets,
        Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

THE LAW AND TEXTIMONY EXISTED BEFORE AND AFTER ISRAEL'S INSTRUMENTAL-TRINITARIAN-PERVERTED IDOLATRY and was PREACHED by being READ in the Synague-church ONCE EACH WEEK by vocational elders:

Isa. 8:19 And when they shall say unto you,

        Seek unto them that have familiar spirits,
        and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter:
        should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?

Is. 8:20 To the law and to the testimony:
        if they SPEAK not according to this WORD,
        it is because there is no light in them.

1Cor. 8:4  As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols,
        we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one.
1Cor. 8:5 For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth,
        (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
1Cor. 8:6 But to us there is but ONE GOD the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him;
         and ONE LORD Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

RUSS ADCOX OFFENDS MANY PEOPLE BY IGNORING THE COMMAND AGAINST SELF-PLEASURE IN ROMANS 15

1Cor. 8:11 And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?
1Cor. 8:12 But when ye sin so against the brethren,
        and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ.
1Cor. 8:13 Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend,
        I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.

RUSS ADCOX IS PURPOSE DRIVING TO OFFEND THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE IN ORDER TO SAVE LOTS MORE

Matt. 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me,
        it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck,
        and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER RUSS ADCOX AUTHORITY TO VIOLATE ELDERS IN EVERY CHURCH:

1Corinthians 10:1 Moreover, brethren,
         I would not that ye should be ignorant,
        how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
1Corinthians 10:2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
1Corinthians 10:3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
1Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink:

ROMANS 9 IS A RADICAL CONDEMNATION OF ANY FORM OF RELIGIONISM BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND SELF EXHIBITION.

John 7:18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory:
        but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil,
        and the lusts of your father ye will do.
        He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth,
        because there is no truth in him.
        When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own:
        for he is a liar, and the father of it.

PAUL WAS AN INSPIRED APOSTLE WHO SAW AND HEARD JESUS TO QUALIFY HIM TO SPEAK WHAT JESUS COMMANDED TO BE TAUGHT.

1Cor. 9:1 Am I not an apostle? am I not free? have I not seen Jesus Christ our Lord?
        are not ye my work in the Lord?
1Cor. 9:2 If I be not an apostle unto others, yet doubtless I am to you:
        for the seal of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord.
1Cor. 9:3 Mine answer to them that do examine me is this,
1Cor. 9:4 Have we not power to eat and to drink?
1Cor. 9:5 Have we not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other APOSTLES,
        and as the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas
1Cor. 9:6 Or I only and Barnabas, have not we power to forbear working?

RUSS ADCOX IS NOT AN APOSTLE AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY ROLE OR DOLE TO FORBEAR WORKING.

1Cor. 9:7 Who goeth a WARFAR any time at his own charges?
        who PLANTED a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof?
        or who FEEDETH a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock?
1Cor. 9:8 Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also?

1Cor. 9:9 For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen?

See John Calvin on the need for a Restoration Movement excluding professional preachers.

For what duties do they perform in return? In the same way as anciently, under the laws, those who served at the altar lived by the altar, "even so hath the Lord ordained, that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel" (1 Cor. 9:14).

These are Paul's words. Let them, then, show us that they are ministers of the gospel, and I will have no difficulty in conceding their right to stipend.

The ox must not be muzzled that treadeth out the corn [1 Cor. 9:9]. But is it not altogether at variance with reason that the ploughing oxen should starve, and the lazy asses be fed?

They will say, however, that they serve at the altar. I answer, that the priests under the law deserved maintenance, by ministering at an altar;

but that, as Paul declares, the case under the New Testament is different. And what are those altar services, for which they allege that maintenance is due to them?

Forsooth, that they may perform their masses and chant in churches, for example, partly labor to no purpose, and partly perpetrate sacrilege, thereby provoking the anger of God. See for what it is that they are alimented at the public expense!

1Cor. 9:10 Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope.

1Cor. 9:11 If we have sown unto you SPIRITUAL things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?

1Cor. 9:12 If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather?
        Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ.

1Cor. 9:13 Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of the temple?
        and they which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar?

ONLY A DAILY DOLE OF FOOD WHEN ON RARE ROTATING DUTY.

1Cor. 9:14 Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the GOSPEL  should live of the gospel.

THE GOSPEL IS THE WORD, LOGOS, REGULATIVE PRINCIPLE WHICH IS ANTI WHAT PREACHERS DO.

Heb. 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them:
        but the WORD preached did not profit them,
        not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
1Pet. 1:25 But the WORD of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the WORD which by the GOSPEL is preached unto you.

Clement of Alexandria, Stromata I

But he that speaks through books, consecrates himself before God, crying in writing thus:

Not for gain, not for vainglory, not to be vanquished by partiality, nor enslaved by fear nor elated by pleasure;
but only to
reap the salvation of those who read, which he does,

not at present participate in, but awaiting in expectation the recompense which will certainly be rendered by Him, who has promised to bestow on the labourers the reward that is meet.

But he who is enrolled in the number of men [Ps. li. 7-12.] ought not to desire recompense.

For he that vaunts his good services, receives glory as his reward.
And he who does any
duty for the sake of recompense, is he not held fast in the custom of the world, either as one who has done well, hastening to receive a reward, or as an evil-doer avoiding retribution?

We must, as far as we can, imitate the Lord. I And he will do so, who complies with the will of God,

receiving freely, giving freely, and receiving as a worthy reward the citizenship itself.

"The hire of an harlot shall not come into the sanctuary," it is said: accordingly it was forbidden to bring to the altar the price of a dog. (male prostitute)

And in whomsoever the eye of the soul has been blinded by ill-nurture and teaching, let him advance to the true light, to the truth,

which shows by writing the things that are unwritten. "Ye that thirst, go to the waters," [Isa. lv. 1] says Esaias, And "drink water from thine own vessels," [Prov. v. 15] Solomon exhorts. Accordingly in "The Laws," the philosopher who learned from the Hebrews, Plato, commands husbandmen

not to irrigate or take water from others, until they have first dug down in their own ground to what is called the virgin soil, and found it dry.

For it is right to supply want, but it is not well to support laziness.

For Pythagoras said that,
"although it be agreeable to reason to take a share of a burden, it is not a duty to take it away."

1Cor. 9:15  But I have used none of these things:
        neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me:
        for it were better for me to die,
        than that any man should make my glorying void.

1Cor. 9:16 For though I preach the GOSPEL,
        I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me;
        yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!

1Cor. 9:17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward:
        but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.

1Cor. 9:18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel,
        I may make the gospel of Christ without charge,
        that I abuse not my power in the gospel.

1Cor. 9:19 For though I be FREE FROM all men,
        yet have I made myself SERVANT unto all,  [THERE IS NO MONEY EXCEPT FOR SCRIBES AND PHARISEES, HYPOCRITES]
        that I might gain the more.

PREACHERS ARE NOT MINISTERS OR DEACONS ACCORDING TO THE JESUS PATTERN

2Th. 3:6 Now we command you, brethren,
        in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
        that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly,
       and not after the TRADITION which he received of us.
2Th. 3:7 For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us:
        for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;
2Th. 3:8 Neither did we eat any man’s bread for nought;
        but wrought with labour and travail night and day,
        that we might not be chargeable to any of you:
2Th. 3:10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you,
        that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
2Th. 3:12 Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ,
        that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

1Cor. 9:20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews;
        to them that are under the law, as under the law,
        that I might gain them that are under the law;

All Jewish priests or messengerss of God had a DAY JOB for anything but food while GOING out.  Jews would hate the MANY in Corinth who forced the people to PAY them because in the imagery of Paul: "Fools love to be fooled."

1Cor. 9:21 To them that are without law, as without law,
        (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,)
        that
I might gain them that are without law.

Paul knew that the Law had been abrogated but Paul did not deliberately VIOLATE the law.  "Christian" clergy have no such shame.

1Cor. 9:22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak:
        I am made all things to all men,
        that I might by all means save some.

1Cor. 9:23 And this I do for the gospel’s sake,
        that I might be partaker thereof with you.

1Cor. 9:24  Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
1Cor. 9:25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
1Cor. 9:26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
1Cor. 9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means,
        when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway
