SPIRIT means that God put His WORD into the MOUTH of Moses, Elijah and Jesus for the LAST TIME. It is a MARK when people claim a SPIRIT telling them to Call God's Holy Spirit and the eye--and ear--witness of the glorified Jesus who now occupies the STATE of Holy Spirit liars. John York and Rubel Shelly decided that the only role of the church was WORSHIP.  And of course you need WORSHIP LEADERS. I SUSPECT that John York is so upset is TRUTH which Jesus said would get you hurt.

1 Timothy 2 uses the same SILENCE word of ALL.  Those who boast about USING women deny the Word, Logos or Regulative Principle which OUTLAWS any and all Performed Worship Services.  The Prophets defined the Assembly of Christ both inclusively and exclusively.  Scripture ABSOLUTELY defines READ or SPEAK "that which is written for our learning as the only way to PRECLUDE the universal Worship rituals with sex and homosexuals.  It is only the RARE male or female who lusts to PERFORM new style "worship" which repulses all straight people so that they show up as "empty pews."

Historical Theology is the claim that the Church Fathers should be the PATTERN and no longer the Scriptures. Paul points out women because oracles like that of Apollyon were women.  Throughout Scripture women have questioned God.  However, the same simple RATIONALE applies also to the rare MALE would never be caught singing and plucking a harp and claiming a god.

Miriam would be a good example of a female who claimed the right to speak God's Word. God made it clear that the only SPEAKERS for him would be instructed face-to-face or mouth-to-mouth.  SPIRIT is never a person who taught these elders to TRUMP Holy Scripture. SPIRIT means that God puts His WORD into the MOUTH of the PROPHETS and Jesus of Nazareth for the LAST TIME.

Neither male nor female have any authority assigned to mature elders "to teach that which has been taught."

Worship means to demean yourself by bowing toward the ground or often FALLING ON YOUR FACE IN REVERENCE AND GODLY FEAR.

THE CHURCH OF CHRIST DEFINED IN SCRIPTURE AND BY THE EARLY RESTORATION LEADERS IS:
CHURCH: IS A SCHOOL OF CHRIST THROUGH HIS WORD
WORSHIP: IS READING AND MUSING THE WORD, LOGOS, REGULATIVE PRINCIPLE.

There can be no PUBLIC WORSHIP unless everyone falls on their face. The Elders and Beasts worshipped by falling on their face and holding their "harps" or Apprehending the Voice of God.
