Theolgians Purpose Driven to Destroy the Historic and Biblical Church of Christ, lie about God, Jesus, Holy Scriptures, and historic Church Fathers. All recorded history affirms that the Holy Scriptures as they are written is the only source for faith and practice. The writings are often sermons and their methods of explaining ONLY the Text is NOT their interpreting Holy Scripture to come up with another interpretation All of the historic practices of Churches of Christ are stated in clear language. Theologians say that neither God or Jesus coulld have possibly known of our modern contingencies.

Thomas Olbricht was the key Repudiator of Holy Scripture which defines the PATTERN for the Church or REST bought by the blood of Christ.

Paul in 1 Timothy 2 is called a liar and worse. Paul silenced both male and female beyond "Using one mind and one mouth to mutually that which is written for our LEARNING.And Scripture for our Comfort. Romans 15.

1Tim. 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, [kept safe]
         and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.[The Word, Logos, Regulative Principle]

All Theologians replacing Holy Scripture are strong deluded and repudiate God as WORD, Spirit, Light

1Tim. 2:5 For there is ONE GOD
[ALL
Theologians call that a lie]
        and one mediator between God and men, [
ALL Theologians say there are TWO]
        the MAN Christ Jesus;
[ALL Theologians-Antichrists say that he was GOD in the flesh]

1Tim. 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all,
        to be TESTIFIED in due time.

The Testimony of Jesus is the SPIRIT of the Prophets who defined the Church of Christ inclusively and exclusively. Jesus received the PROMISE or the STATE of Holy Spirit as He is still HEAD (teacher) of the Corner (the Angle where He meets His students is silent and secret places.) Jesus removes the VEIL only for Baptized Believers who are washed with water INTO the Word or School of Christ.

John 6:62 What and if ye shall see the Son of man [not a god]
        ascend up where he was before?
John 6:63 It is the SPIRIT that quickeneth;
        the FLESH profiteth nothing:
        the WORDS that I SPEAK unto you,
        they are
SPIRIT, and they are life.

The New Testament is Christ's Last Will and Testament put into effect after His death. No Christian would be so profane as to alter the Will of an evil person. Theologians try to steal the heirs of their salvation.

1Tim. 2:7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle,
        (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;)
        a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.

And you are not ordained to be an apostle nor a preacher beyond "that which is written." If you add your own words or interpretation Jesus said that you are the son of the Devil.

The New Hermeneutics TRASHES Biblical and historical Commands, Examples, Necessary Inferences.  The WORD or Logos is not a person but "God's Regulative Principle"
  Aristotle says that the use of RHETORICS (deception) only if the LAWGIVER could not express himself.  Aristotle goes on to brand the practices the "scholars" want to impose and sow discord are vulgar and not suitable for educated people.  Those who make a living by teaching people in an Christian Environment, violates all of Scripture and good ethics in going beyond the TEXT.  The Historic Scholars can never be used to support the false faith and practices trafficked by those associated with Olbricht's Universities and Congregations.

Aristotle's Rhetorica (1404a),

But since the whole business of Rhetoric is to influence opinion,
        we must pay attention to it, not as being right, but necessary;
for, as a matter of right, one should aim at nothing more in a speech
        than how to avoid exciting pain or pleasure.  [laded burden, mental excitement Rom. 15]
For justice should consist in fighting the case with the FACTS ALONE,
        so that everything else that is beside demonstration is superfluous;
        nevertheless, as we have just said, it is of great importance owing to the corruption of the hearer

Anyone who has "majored" in Scripture understands that the root practices of Churches of Christ have been well defined.  If there is no "music" in the modern sense. And if the historic testimony is that metrical or high-pitched screeching is the tools of SORCERERS, we can INFER that anyone who wants performance music to occupy assembly time, someone doesn't want to let Jesus get a word in edgeword.

Aristot. Poet. 1458a

[8] The poets, as was natural, were the first to give an impulse to style;
        for words are imitations [mocking],
        and the voice also, which of all our parts is best adapted for imitation, was ready to hand;
        thus the arts of the rhapsodists, actors, and others, were fashioned
.
[9] And as the poets, although their utterances were devoid of sense,
        appeared to have gained their reputation through their style,
        it was a poetical style that first came into being, as that of Gorgias.5
Even now the majority of the uneducated think that such persons express themselves most beautifully,
        whereas this is not the case,
        for the other kind of style,6 it has already been treated in the Poetics.

The Regulative Principle: A Last Will and Testament of Jesus Christ does no tolerate any tricks of rhetoric to, as always commanded, to READ or SPEAK that which is written for our LEARNING.

2Pet. 1:12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in REMEMBRANCH of these things,
        though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.
2Pet. 1:13 Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle,
        to stir you up by putting you in REMEMBRANCE;

2Pet. 1:14 Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle,
        even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me.
2Pet. 1:15 Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease
        to have these things always in remembrance.
2Pet. 1:16For we have not followed cunningly devised fables,
        when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,
        but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
2Pet. 1:17 For he received from God the Father honour and glory,
        when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory,
        This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
2Pet. 1:18 And this voice which came from heaven we heard,
        when we were with him in the holy mount.

Peter grasps that the Prophets were used for education and the RULERS were ignorant because they never attended the once each week assembly for the READING of the PROPHETS.  Jesus limited Holy Scripture to the Prophets and Prophecies "concerning me." That is what Peter passed on to us as the finished work of Jesus.  After the spoken word was recorded and after He took on the STATE of Holy Spirit, He said MY Words are SPIRIT and LIFE.

Come, take the Dorian lyre down from its peg, if the splendor of Pisa and of Pherenicus placed your mind under the influence of sweetest thoughts,

Yes, there are many marvels, and yet I suppose the speech of mortals beyond the true account can be deceptive, stories adorned with embroidered lies; [30] and Grace, who fashions all gentle things for men, confers esteem and often contrives to make believable the unbelievable. Nature of theology  The concept of theology that is applicable as a science in all RELIGIONS and that is therefore neutral is difficult to distill and determine.  The problem lies in the fact that, whereas theology as a concept had its origins in the TRADITION  of the ancient Greeks, it obtained its content and method only within Christianity.

The Greek philosopher Plato, with whom the concept emerges for the first time, associated with the term theologyPOLEMICAL INTENTION—as did his pupil Aristotle.

"a polemical essay synonyms: critical, hostile, bitter, polemic, virulent, vitriolic, venomous, waspish, corrosive, biting, caustic, trenchant, cutting, acerbic, sardonic, sarcastic, scathing, acid, sharp, keen, tart, pungent, stinging, astringent, incisive, devastating, piercing, acidulous, mordacious
RHETORIC was also a refined way to dispute TRUTH to win a point.

For Plato, theology described the mythical,
        which he allowed may have a temporary pedagogical significance that is beneficial
               to the state but is to be cleansed from all offensive and abstruse elements
               with the help of political legislation.

THE PROPHETS DEFINED THE FUTURE REST UNDER MESSIAH BOTH INCLUSIVELY AND EXCLUSIVELY

2Pet. 1:19 We have also a more SURE WORD OF PROPHECY
        whereunto ye do well that ye take HEED,
        as unto a LIGHT that shineth in a dark place,
        until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
2Pet. 1:20 Knowing this first,
        that no prophecy of the scripture IS of any private interpretation. [Further Expounding]

IF YOU SELL YOURSELF TO GO  BEYOND THE TEXT YOU BLASPHEME THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD

2Pet. 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man:
        but holy men of God SPAKE as they were moved by the Holy SPIRIT.

SPIRIT produces WORDS which can be recorded and SPOKEN.  Jeremiah defined a principle which, says Jesus, clergy may not able to comprehend.

Jer. 32:14 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel;
        Take these evidences, this evidence of the purchase,
        both which is sealed, and this evidence which is open;
        and put them in an earthen vessel,
        that they may continue many days.

Dan. 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book,
        even to the time of the end:
        many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Jesus asserted His rulership and right to reveal truth until the end of the messianic age.  The Word is sealed and not AVAILABLE for those who Corrupt the WORD or SELL their words.

2Cor. 4:5 For we preach NOT OURSELVES, but Christ Jesus the LORD;
        and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake
2Cor. 4:6 For God, who commanded the LIGHT to shine out of darkness,
        hath shined in our hearts,
        to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
2Cor. 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels,
        that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

"Aristotle is helpful in understanding CHRISTIAN rhetoric" but the Word or Logos of God claims that God Almighty put HIMSELF as Word (Light, Life, Spirit etal) into the Mouth of Prophets including Jesus.  The "Christian" Revelation forbids any human effort beyond SPEAKING or READING.  One doubts that God depended on any human  means of DECEIVING.

The Word or Logos is God's Regulative Principle made audible and visible when Jesus spoke ONLY what the Father put into His MOUTH.  This is the meaning of Spirit without METRON or METER.

who denies the Commands, Examples and Necessary Inferences when Scripture makes the Law of Liberty clear.  Aristotle says that rhetorics is deceptive when one wants to argue beyond the specific command.

This repudiates all of Scripture and historic Scholars.  It is deceptive to trash churches of Christ for teaching what has always been that of those who claimed to be CHRISTIAN or Bible Based

Mark 7:6 He answered and said unto them,

Mark 7:9 And he said unto them,

Rush Limbaugh said
, "Any time you see the adjective `new' employed - be it in politics, religion, or commerce - assume that the label is mere smoke and mirrors, calculated to obscure the fact that there is nothing `new' about what is being described. Rather, it is the same old stuff simply repackaged" (See, I Told You So, 34).

Jesus also  said that the Pharisees invented their new "songs and sermons" because the APPARENT commands of God would not be powerful enough to EAT UP the Widow's Homes or, today, other people's peacable congregation.

They continue the process of tearing down the "Old Hermeneutic" - a process which began in the late 1960s with Thomas H. Olbricht, Restoration Quarterly, and Mission Journal. Much of the writing of these brethren has parroted the earlier works of Olbricht (Bible professor at Pepperdine University), and the more recent works of C. Leonard Allen (Bible professor at Lipscomb University).

"Establishing Bible authority by the use of apostolic examples or necessary inference. According to some NH advocates, the NT DOES NOT TEACH us by apostolic examples or necessary inferences. Christ alone is our model for teaching. Rubel Shelly and Randall J. Harris write:

Luther: The Law and the Gospel Letter and Spirit.. These words are blows and thrusts for the false apostles [PAGE 227] and preachers. Paul is mortal enemy to the blockheads who make great boast,

pretending to what they do not possess and to what they cannot do;
who
boast of having the Spirit in great measure; who are ready to counsel and aid the whole world;
who pride themselves on the ability to
invent something new.
It is to be a surpassingly precious and heavenly thing they are to
spin out of their heads,

pope and monks have been in time past.

16. Now, Paul's thought here is that nothing should be taught and practiced in the Church

but what is unquestionably God's Word.
It will not do to introduce or perform anything whatever
upon the strength of man's judgment. Man's achievements,
man's reasoning and power, are of no avail save in so far as they come from God.

The Corinthians say (and the Lesbians agree) that the most marvellous thing [Lying Wonders] that happened to him in his life was the landing on Taenarus of Arion of Methymna, brought there by a dolphin. This Arion was a lyre-player second to none in that age; he was the first man whom we know to compose and name the dithyramb1 which he afterwards taught at Corinth.

Commands, Examples, Inferences,  CENI Biblical Authority

The Kingdom of Christ--the Church--does not come with observation meaning Religious Observations or operations which Paul called "Lying Wonders."  The early synagogue or "church in the wilderness" and even today QUARANTINED the isolated villages to keep them safe from the Seventh Day Instrumental-Trinitarian-Perverted "play" at Mount Sinai.  Only those whom God had "turned over to worship the starry host" including Apollon PROFANED (a music-prostitute word) the Sabbath in the temple which God did not command.

"Our hermeneutic is therefore theological and Christocentric. . . Our beginning point is the general principle of Christ centeredness, Christ centricity (The Second Incarnation, 28). Remember that everything about the church must pass the "Jesus test" to be trustworthy ... (Ibid., 232).

The Kingdom does not come with religious observations: the twos and threes are invited to escape the camp or city and come OUTSIDE to Rest and Learn of Men.  That defines the CENI or the one-piece pattern to escape the spiritual terrorism

Thomas Olbricht c. 1965 An Aristotelian Rhetorical Analysis of 1 Thessalonians,"

Olbricht is of Author and Quoted by numerous writers trying to prove that Paul used RHETORIC to influence His readers. That proves that Theologians have the "right" to find PATTERNS beyond the Biblical and Paul's giving us the roles of READ or SPEAK.

Maybe it was Paul who used God's Pattern.  In General, rhetoric is seen in many of the resources as a way to deceive an audience.  Rhetoric, Hermeneutics and Homilectic are foundational skills used by once-Christian colleges who also reject Scripture for today's culture.  By definition, Aristotle proves that men who deny God's Commands, Examples and Inferences (for eager students) need rhetoric only when they deny that God has His own WI
L.

Aristotle like all of the Classics and early Church Scholars repudiate the PRACTICES which are imposed and which sowed massive discord beginning at Highland Church and ACU.   All of Scripture proves that BAPTISM SAVES because that is the time to REQUEST A "holy spirit" or A "good conscience." That means a good consciousness or a CO-perception of the WORD.  SPIRIT put's God's WORD (regulative principle) into the MOUTH of Jesus.  Jesus promised Paul His promise in the STATE of Holy Spirit to guide Paul. A disciple

Col. 1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it,

That which is perfect causes the Day Star to arise in a believer's heart.  Nothing beyond the TEXT has anything to add to the teachings of Jesus as the perfected teachings of the PROPHETS.
Col. 1:10 That ye might WALK worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing,
        being fruitful in every good work,
        and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Jesus gifted Pastors and Teachers or Elders and Deacons as vocational ministers. The building up or EDUCATING material was at hand and not to be private interpreted or Further Expounding.  This would despise the SPIRIT of God which made the Prophets more certain.
MUSIC A SUBVERSIVE HISTORY

Commentary Cope 3.8.1 The structure (figure, fashion) of the language (i. e. prose composition) should be neither metrical (run into verse)1 nor entirely without measure or rhythm; for the one has no power of persuasion, because it is thought to be artificial (supra, c. 2. 4, peplasmenōs), and at the same time also diverts (the hearers' attention, from the main subject or the proof of the fact): for it makes him attend to the recurrence of the similar cadence. And so (the audience anticipate the answering or recurring cadence) just as the children anticipate the answer to the herald's summons, “Whom does the freedman choose for his attorney? and the answer is, Cleon”.

In that regard, epic's position is parallel to that of RHETORIC. Beginning with Aristotle's Rhetorica (1404a),
        critics of
rhetorical performance have ascribed to lively delivery the same effect as that of acting.

There is a persistent association between theatrics, bad rhetoric and  EFFEMINANCY
