JESUS EXCLUDED UNITY other than the COMMAND to Speak what He commanded to be Taught.  This is such a SIGN that to SPEAK the WORD is to guarantee that the world will despise you and try to destroy you.

Rubel Shelly is Returning and the oft-failing New Wineskins Magazine is getting a new life with the same false teachers. Discuss or Question before you get "Fluted down with wine."
 
1992 with the Rubel Shelly Jubilee Movement and the New Wineskins Magazine saw a violent and judgmental attack on the major Biblical teachings defended by  almost all historic scholars and the founders of Denominations.  Churches of Christ never deviated from Regulative Principle demanded of the Word or LOGOS. The New Wineskin Sect works with the NACC trying to restore UNITY by forcing Churches of Christ to accept those false teachings which proves that there was never any unity to destroy.

Dionysus is the God of the Old Wineskins from the fall into musical idolatry at Mount Sinai to a church near you. He was worshipped in the Temple in Jerusalem by bringing sex and music into the holy places: a deed worthy of death under the Monarchy.

The New Wineskins Magazine attempts to put New Wine into the universal pagan connection between wine-sex-music to be sold at the "worship centers."  Jesus died to tear down the old "church houses" of the Jews Covenant with Death and hell.  He promised to give us REST: the prophetic picture was UNBRELLUM which was a shade or Safe House for the tiny few Disciples of Christ who had to find refuge to practice the Kingdom Within by the only worship concept for godlly Jews or Christians:

That quarantined the godly people FROM the Jacob-cursed and God-abandoned Levites who performed as instrumental sorcerers during the abandonment of the nobility to worship the starry host. This was the Command for The Church of Christ (the Rock) in the wilderness and never changed.  Jesus EXAMPLED this direct command.

Paul practiced and commanded the same SINGULAR meaning of the assembly:

        with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.

New Wine Skins Magazine is the Old New Wine Skins but the wine makers have not changed. The New Wine Skins Magazine (can't sell it now) was the stalking horse of the Jubilee Movement which intended to restructure all Churches of Christ into a Christian Church. The same false teachings are still promoted.

8.09.12 Psallo has NOT musical connection: It just means pluck something-bowstring, harp string, hair, rope-with the FINGERS and never with a PLECTRUM.  Resting one's salvation by sowing discord on twisting a single word is saying that The Holy Spirit of Christ, Paul and recorded history were ILLITERATE or intended to sow discord.

First, since psallo never at any time or place in recorded history MEANT more than pluck or smite a string with your FINGERS and never with a PLECTRUM they would know that pluck had and has absolutely no "musical" content.  That is why there is no recorded Bible or literary example of being able to instruct someone to pluck a string with one word. If you tell someone PLUCK there is no telling what would happen to you.  The same is true in English and all languages.

Second, if you want to tell someone to PLUCK an INSTRUMENT there are compound words for all named instruments and STYLES of plucking.

Third, you blaspheme the Spirit of Christ by saying that:

1. He was too ignorant not to use TWO words such as PSALLO Plus A Harp.
2. He was too ignorant not to use one compound word which meant play a harp
3. He just wanted to throw in stumble words for those who have not been washed with water INTO the Word or school of Christ or
   
4. He intentionally wanted to sow massive discord since singing as an ACT was first imposed in the hear 373.

Even if "psallo" meant play a harp it could NEVER be used to justify a guitar pick, a flute or drums

Playing the part of those deliberately sowing discord and blaspheming, let's assume that the Spirit of Christ or Paul or anyone prior to 1878 was too illiterate to know about all of the compound words.  For instance.

Perhaps the Holy Spirit was not educated enough NOT to use psallo which is never translated to mean musical melody and was not aware that He could have used MELOS which means musical melody or a series of single notes.

Jesus said that those who "believeth not" or Apistos SHALL BE DAMNED.  The damned are those who deny Jesus who said "the that believeth (complieth) AND is baptized SHALL BE saved.  That is defined as blasphemy by the Spirit OF Christ in Jeremiah 33.

That denies that Jesus Christ made baptism the "instrumental means" of requesting A holy spirit or A good conscience.  Jesus Christ (the Spirit Lord) informed Paul:

That is the foundational prophecy by Christ, the direct command of Jesus, the direct commands of the writers of the epistles and understood throughout early church history.  An "faith only" passage taken out of context MUST be understood  in light of the foundational commands and examples.

Al Maxey Acts 2:28 and the Greek EIS

As the Purpose Driving the New Wineskins Sect, Al Maxey says: We are becoming a people transformed by the Spirit into a more Jesus-focused, grace-affirming part of the universal One Body of Christ. Al Maxey Holding the Harps of God.
 

Al says that "holding" the harps OF God means PLAYING the harps OF David.  Al looks at Revelation 15 which speaks of the Song of Moses.  However, Moses SPAKE his song (a writing about a diety) and then put the song into the side of the Ark as a future MARK.  When people SING the song of moses--especially with clanging gongs and tinkling cymbals it will TESTIFY to those people that they have rejected the Word (Logos) of God.

If God says SPEAK "that which is written for your learning" meaning "Scripture" what shall we say of those who make a living telling everyone that God said nothing against all of those things Opposite to His Word?

The Israelites were made Blind and Deaf because of musical idolatry at Mount Sinai: the sin was without redemption and God sentenced them back to Babylon for captivity and death: the kings were selected to carry out this terminal sentence.

In 2 Corinthians 3 Paul said that the Jews could not READ the Word or HEAR the Word when it was preached by being read.  Only when they converted (same as being baptized) would they be able to read BLACK text on BROWN paper.  Those who fiddle around with baptism are "believeth nots" or Apistos (I will not comply) are called treacherous and they will not be able to READ the Song of Moses which is in the Old Testament.

Acts 15:21 For Moses

                being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.

That was the inclusive and exclusive PATTERNISM for the Qahal, synagogue or Church of Christ (the ROCK) in the wilderness.  Jesus exampled it: He STOOD up to READ and then decently SAT DOWN for discussion.

No one PLAYS any instrument in heaven: in Revelation 14 when you HEAR those SOUNDS-LIKE in the air (heaven) all around you, the next angel speaks for the living and spiritual: "Judgment is being sounded so Preach the gospel to all nations."   Those who think that there is any spiritual connection between a Spirit God and instrumental sounds need not apply.

New Wine in Old Wineskins
The New Wine Skins concept has been a highly popular theme adopted by most who get their resources from the internet. This PATTERNISM allows them to impose all kinds of "exhilarating" rituals involving polished rhetoric, singing, playing instruments, dancing and drama.  This demands that you have a NEW WINE SKIN so that it can stretch to include all religious group in one giant "rubber" wineskin.

However, it you put new wine in an old wine skin it will NOT burst and spill the wine.  This is the MARK of very people not interested in the gospel which Christ put in "clay vessels" so it would not become leavened.

Job 32:18 For I am full of matter, the spirit [breath] within me constraineth me.
Job 32:19 Behold, my belly is as wine which hath no vent;
        it is ready to burst like new bottles.
Job 32:20 I will speak, that I may be refreshed: I will open my lips and answer.

Well! WHAT is it about Old Wine Skins into which you must NOT put the Gospel of Christ? The old wineskin includes hundreds of yeast cells just waiting for you to pour in boiled and purified new wine: it will eat up the juice, defecate and turn your FOOD SUPPLY into a feremented wine which will rot or turn to vinegar.

So the New Wine Skins Cult wants to put the LEAVEN of the Jews and Pagans into a New Wine Skin and it will BURST if you try to seal it off from others IMPOSING their favorite patternism.

The Bible is filled with good examples--apparently never consulted by "scholors"-- to prove that the LEAVEN is exactly that which the New Wine Skinners IMPOSE on others and thereby turn the Truth of Christ into rot and gas.

6.11.12 REVISED

New Wineskins Magazine is the "organ" of the Change Movement induced by the NACC and "unity meetings" with the goal of creating unity by forcing happy congregations to IMPOSE with high-handed means first the Musical Worship Team and the Musical Instruments which they claim can "praise" God. Therefore, all of the writers and approved posters on the New Wineskins Magazine forum are those writers who have a vendetta against Churches of Christ because they will not bow (over) when the Men-Now-Children pipe hoping to get even Jesus initiated into the Gay Brotherhood which plagues all Priesthoods.

The literate pattern--understood by my mom--

1. You "boil" the grapes to express the "new wine" or you express the "new wine" and then boil it enough to sterilize and concentrate it.  I knew how to do that as a kid.
   
2. You sterilize a clay jar by heat or fumigation by suphur to REMOVE all of the leaven. I did that with Ball jars.
   
3. At that time you coat the jar with tar inside and out.
4. You pour in the new wine, boiling hot.
   
5. You cover it and seal it and put it in a dark place: sinking it into spring water often.
6. The new wine would never ferment even though it might oxidize and get "better."
7. If it ferments it will burst even a steel bound cask.
   

To Preserve is:

By putting new, fumigated or boiled wine (complete and sanctified gospel) into a new, sealed skin Jesus knew that the goal was to keep the wine (gospel) from fermenting.

If you intended to travel or GET DRUNK on wine at the symposium you were smart enough that you did not put the new wine in an old wineskin because it was already contained leaven--the universal symbol of pollution or evil.  You did NOT put new wine in a NEW WINESKIN if you had not first sterilized the wine to get rid of the LEAVEN OF EVIL.  No wine skin is good enough to contain fermenting wine.

THE DIONYSUS OR OLD WINE SKIN PATTERN

I don't apologize for the TRUE images which define in no uncertain terms the Dionysus worship first seen in Exodus 32 after which God abandoned Israel to worship the starry host.  Perhaps Christ left us a "way of escape" painted explicitly on clay pots.

When Paul said don't get drunk on wine the literature warns about getting fluted or piped down with wine. Rather, the direct command is to fill up with the WILL OF THE LORD and then being sober you will not make yourself look effeminate or worse. It may be blasphemy to equate the Will of Jesus Christ who was breathed on (spirit) by God the father to the evil of leaven. If you have to use a BIGGER DRESS PATTERN to include all of the World--for which Jesus did not pray--then you may be the fulfilment of a prophetic type.

This is an image of the "Crooked Generation" or race who spent lots of time toasting one another with the skolion and singing the skolios songs.  However, this "near wine" people had enough moral nature that if they had something important to speak about they voted to send out the flute-girls and harp-boys or others to REDUCE the consumption of wine which would utterly disable the rational or logical (LOGOS) discussion as THE PATTERN for the ekklesia or synagogue of Christ.

The New Wine Skins Sectarianism is not built on any Biblical or Cultural knowledge. No one "stored" wine in any "skin" other than for travel or attending the New Wine Skins Festivals honoring Dionysus.

There is not a Command, Example, Remote Inference or Rationale for any godly group ever assembling for "congregational singing with or without instrumental noise."  Therefore, how would anyone come to the conclusion that Instruments are aids to teaching the Word of God?  They would have to ignore the simple definition of words like SPEAK which is the opposite of poetry or music.

On the Babylonish side, instruments were added by David long after God had sentenced the people the people back to Babylon and their worship to Assyrian or Babylonian style.

As the begining-time PATTERN of the musical fall from grace at Mount Sinai and being abandoned to Babylonianism, Revelation 17 warns about the end-time Babylon Mother of Harlots (defined as Jerusalem under the Monarchy).  She uses lusted after "fruits" identical to the fruits in Amos.  Her speakers, singers and instrument players are defined as sorcerers: identical to Babylon.

No one who follows "Just Christ" and has read the prophets can, without an alien agenda, think that "machines for doing hard work" are not radically condemned.  Christ in Isaiah defined the HOT FATE and the MARKS of His enemies driving themselves into hell. PATTERNISM: one of those Raca Words.

The topic of PATTERNISM is one of the continual efforts to give vent to people who have their own PATTERNISM which is to use the widow's purse to spread hatred against those who think that God HAS any plan for humanity at all. Edward Fudge says that Jesus IS the pattern.  If they teach "Just Jesus" when Paul said to KNOW only a crucified Jesus then they can ADD a few more pieces to THEIR dress pattern.  In their lust for David the dress is a bare skin.

If there is NO PATTERN for instrumental music in a Church of Christ, and people make the new PATTERN include instrumental music then the Spirit OF (preposition) Christ in the prophets brands the instrumental patternism as devoid of LIGHT.

No one in recorded history REFUSED to use instruments in the presence of God because of SILENCE as a law: "The Lord is in His Holy Temple let all the earth keep silence before Him" (Christ in Hab 2)Since the Bible is NOT silent and radically associates instruments with those REFUSING to follow the Word, and because the Presbyterians out of which the Campbells came had NEVER in recorded history used instruments, there was no need to construct a Law of Silence.  That law is owned by the Disciples / Christian churches / and new wineskinners. THEY proposed there was SILENCE (not being really alert) THEY had the right to IMPOSE instruments.  Non-instrumentalists insist that there is no command, example or remote pattern for imposing instruments in the Bible School, those who impose have to hallucinate any rationale.

H. Leo Boles on Unity: Includes the basis for fraternal unity in the 1832 agreement of a few men

W.R. Walker, in Christian Standard, May 27, 1939, said: "There are two areas in our religious living in which the authority of Christ must be recognized. The first embraces all his teaching and that of his inspired followers,
        the `vocal area' ;
        but there is another area, the `area of silence."' He further said: 

"I am persuaded that Christ has authority in the `areas of silence.' 
    Christ, by his silence, in every situation concerning which he has left no direct teaching, 
    has bestowed on ME this authority to act for myself."

Boles. Here are the two standards or rules recognized by many in the "Christian Church," namely, that of "walking by faith," and that of "walking by opinion." W.R. Walker calls the opinions of man in the "areas of silence" "the authority of Christ." This is tantamount to saying that man's opinions in the "areas of silence" are of equal force with the word of God. 

I join issue with him on this point. There can be no unity in the "area of silence," as there can be no unity on opinions when each man claims the authority to do what is right in his own eyes. This would violate every scripture that God has given instructing his people to be "of the same mind, the same judgment of one accord."

Remember that the Musical Discorders IMPOSE because they say their opinion is the command of Christ.

When these sacred assemblies were called they were to blow a horn as a signal.  However, they were not to alarm or try to triumph over the people with "vocal or instrumental rejoicing or elevated forms of speech."  Disciples know not to make music when Christ comes to teach.

THE DAVID PATTERN OF THE NEW WINE SKINS WHICH BEGAN AT MOUNT SINAI

This is the David Patternism of Religious Musicians.

The harp of Dan 3:5, 7, 10, 15, was a strictly secular instrument for merrymaking, and it fits well into the picture of Nebuchadnezzar's banquet." "As 'sambuke' the instrument was well known though of ill repute, as that of the vulgar musicians and harlots." The lute "Not being a temple instrument, it was like the tambourine, usually played by women." (Interpreter's Dictionary of the Bible, p. 474, Abingdon).

In addition, many Jubilee-infected churches also are under the control of a National Shepherding Movement and a local Promise Keeper secret agent. Once your local representatives have fallen under the effeminate mind alteration of, say, PK in Atlanta, they may have lost all right to choose without being tossed out by PK Central Committee.
